I would like to says the staff members were great.. The front desk person that greeted me was a wonderful lady named Areil She was sooo helpful and told me if I HAD ANY PROBLEMS SHE WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP ME , also Sandy was helpful.. I booked my room via booking .com , and my communication with the hotel about my check in time was vey blunt and to the point. ie They said check in is at 1600 ,you can leave your bags with us , and see the city until 1600. On my third and final message to them they finally said if a room is available we will assign it to you. When I arried early , Ariel gave my a room ASAP. That night at the dinner buffet a sweet and cheerful lady named Joanna was helpful and nice. She helped me the first night and on the second and third nights when I arrive she greated me by name ,remembered my room number,and asked if I wanted the charge put on with my room charge as I had done the night before. A few days later I was having problems setting up my THSR ticket to Taipei,I really tried ,but just could not figure it out. Once again ,Ariel was good to her word and spent a lot of time doing it for me Once she was done I took her paper work to 7/11 and payed and got my ticket.. When i got back to the hotel and walked past the reception desk Ariel and Sandy looked at me and I gave them a thumbs up and Ariel said "did you get it" and i Said, yes thank you ,and with that she started going back in forth behind the desk with her hands waving in the air. I would also like to thank the man who helped the reception people find a jade mart.. I can't tell the people that run hotels how much people like this mean to me. They go way out of their way to help and actually make people like me feel like they are valued customers and actually friends of theirs. When you have staff members like this, it makes people want to write nice reviews, recommend you to friends and come back. Thank you my friends Ariel, Joanna ,and Sandy.

This is a very big, relatively corporate hotel. It has all of the amenities a traveler could want -- nice rooms, very clean, relatively updated, great staff, and a decent gym. There is also a bar and several restaurants in the hotel. (These are relatively expensive, but a convenient option, if wanted.) There are also LOTS of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and 24/7 massage spots, which we found to be super convenient. The hotel is near a great little park, which is nice for strolling and people watching. The hotel has nice atmosphere and a bit of green space surrounding it. It's in a quieter, less industrial part of town than would be the case if you stayed in downtown Tainan (which is about a 20 min cab ride away). It's relatively convenient location-wise to some of the city's attractions and amenities, including the high-speed rail station.

The pool area was nice; however, the pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it. The hot tub wasn't hot, so we didn't use that either. The hotel has lots of retail/amenities nearby, however, it's not in downtown Tainan and/or close to Anping. If you're going to Tainan for work purposes, this is probably just fine. If you're going for tourism purposes, though, this is probably a factor to consider, since Tainan doesn't have a subway. We cabbed back and forth, which wasn't too expensive (took about 20 mins to downtown Tainan; nearly double that to get to Anping's attractions) but just flagging for reference.

They offer excellent service.. The food is sumptuous and the hotel staff gave us delicious cake for my friends birthday celebration.. we will definitely enjoyed our stay.. the hotel amenities are cool and clean..i love the breakfast buffet that they serve.. it is worth the stay

The room that they gave us is not sound proof… we didnt able to sing 🎤 and not allowed to talk loud.. the refrigerator doesn’tT get cold and too small.. but the stay is totally convenient..

This hotel is located close to the area of dense population; suitable for business trip and the Taiwan Literature Museum is right next to this hotel. Suitable for take a short walk for break if convenient.

Some area of this location seems under process of renovation, and perhaps through some short period of time this hotel will give the visitors new atmospheres of upgrading.

The price is so nice that customers should give it a try, especially during each Mon to Fri. Their breakfast is quite different with the previous ones they offered. It has better quality and higher level. Please keep the improvement to let coming customers with satisfaction.

Great breakfast. Friendly Staff. The connecting rooms made the trip fun and convenient. Housekeeping also did a great job. The kids playroom was empty in the morning so we had it all to ourselves. Even when the parking lot was stated as full due at night due to arriving dinner guests, they still reserved parking for hotel guests in the underground lot.

The hotel buffet for dinner did not have any availability for our family during our stay. Would be nice to have some availability for hotel guests.

Good,location next to the concert hall and park....many restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was awful....we came a bit late in the evening, crispy duck was all gone, gigantic bowl of tasteless soup, otherwise middling food offerings. Skip the wines. Rather disappointing.

Spacious bedroom, two double beds charged equivalent to the cost of one large bed in other 4-star hotels, good varieties of the buffet breakfast, not a convenient location

The breakfast and its location in the city. We could enjoy a rich and delicious breakfast with so many choices of local and western style food. There are also interesting small restaurants around the hotel for dinner.

Nothing but unfortunately the nearest night market was closed for a month or so during our stay.

Service is impeccable; room size are quite big; lobby area is huge and has great welcoming vibes.

Guestrooms are a bit old. Some facelifts are definitely needed.
