Amazing place amazing location .The breakfast the Dinner were spot on. The staff really polite and smiled. The salt pool was something I was nicely surprised how good is made with all the mountain view . The best break Holiday I ever had with my family . Highly recommended. the management as well every day making sure all guests are happy and on high level. Thank you very much

just surprised that for free stay for your child you need to choose from kids menu for dinner, pay extra but that was ok just not clear when booking.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good food. The view from the restaurant's terrace is amazing. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and if you want to relax, book a massage or beauty session. I had a great time with Barbara, who didn't speak English but did everything she could to make me feel good. I am smiling every time I think of her.

Our rooms, we had 2, didn't have a nice view as both were at the back of the buildings.

Nice location overlooking the lake. The swimming pool is a highlight of the hotel with heated water. The room is big and good breakfast and dinner overall.

To attract younger and more international clients, I believe the hotel needs a refresh. The bathroom needs a renovation and the room's decoration to be updated. Also the staff was very friendly and polite. However the service could be more considerate to align with 4-5 stars hotels especially at this high price.

Hotel was excellent as was the facilities and food and staff.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the pillow was way too soft,with no additional pillow available in the room. The one thing that really annoyed me was Booking.com advertised the room saying only 4 left at this price and on the day it was 100chf cheaper and still saying only 4 left at this price

less international TV channels. almost TV channels are local channels. NO coffee machine inside the rooms.

The team of staff were super friendly, organised and attentive and so helpful. The food was lovely, huge choice and very good quality. The service was great too, very attentive and wonderful view. Some beautiful village walks from the hotel as well which were lovely.

English maps would have been helpful - all maps were in German

Amazing view! Really nice rooms. Warm welcome with a note and some chocolate. We needed a fridge and they brought one right away. I recommend booking dinner included. Food is very good in the restaurant.

Good location with a great lake view. Enough parking lots available, even for bigger cars (outdoor space and 2x underground parkings). Very friendly staff and owners, pet friendly behaviour. Great patio. Restaurant in-house. All expectations were met.

Zero complains, everything was fine.

Breakfast was good with different choices

Massage is not good as the one who made massage i didnt feel that she is expert . Reception close at 10 pm and they dont help in bringing my luggage during check in and check out .

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially dinner. Our 2 year old son liked everything as well. Staff was very kind to us. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Pillows were not that comfortable. No kettle/coffee and fridge in the room.
