Breakfast is great! Love the breads and bacons. Great location, close to bus stop, old street and river, yet away from the noisy main street. The heated hanger / radiator in toilet is good for hanging and drying wet towels.

Found some dog fur on the floor on my first day. Bathtub drain stopper was missing, but we didnt have time to use it so it's fine. Shower gel was provided in small packs and very limited.

Spacious Rooms. Excellent location. Quite close to old town, chappel bridge etc. Groceries were not close, but many late night pizza stores were closeby. Helped for late evening dinners. Multiple buses to take you to the railway station (3 stops). Take Bus #10 to its third stop from the main train station. They hold on to your luggage if you arrive early. Special mention for the breakfast crew who do an amazing job. Front office has great hospitality for new tourists to Lucerne

Plan for a 20-25 minute walk if you decide to skip the bus. Also no groceries or laundry close by.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our absolute favorite during our 2 week stay in Switzerland. Exceptional staff throughout, genuinely friendly, warm and helpful with questions. Room was quiet, clean and well appointed. Nice breakfast room with very large selection of items. Extremely quiet location on a beautiful tree lined side street, one block from city bus stop. Three grocery stores at the end of the block. Minutes bus ride to Lucerne Station and boat ferries of Lucerne (SGD).

Brilliantly friendly staff at reception (Nhi Tran & Matt). They were so helpful & had amazing knowledge of everything around. Plus we got an upgrade to a bigger room, without asking. 10 min walk from all main attractions & train station. Clean & all facilities available. Has air conditioning & a fan.

No complaints. But a cold water station at the drinks area in reception would be handy.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was very comfortable (extra pillows were provided upon request) and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We purchased lactose-free milk which the staff stored in the fridge in reception for us.

No kettle and coffee tea in the room, although tea and hot water was available in reception.

Short 11 min walk to Train Station and to the sights. Located in a lovely street. No street noise when windows closed. Lovely welcome from reception -explained the details thoroughly. Very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast well presented and sufficient for all. Air con didn’t work, but there was a fan.

The hotel is 10 min walk away from Luzern HB, the main railway station of the city. There is a reasonable bus access nearby to get around, and to come and go from the railway station. (I am stressing on this connectivity because people often use Luzern as a base to go to Titlis and Pilatus). The location is great in perspective of city access as well. The breads and cereals in the breakfast were good.

The beds are okayish in comfort. Not as nice as they should be. The rooms are a bit old. The breakfast, like my complaint across Switzerland, has very limited hot menu options for "Asian Vegetarians". It was okay for a hotel of this category, but it would be better if they could atleast have Hash browns (Rosti) or some other eggless hot options.

Very good breakfast with variety. Location was perfect, not by the lake, but very short walking distance (not even 10 full minutes). Noise wasn’t heard at night at all, staff was super nice and they store your luggage if you get there too early for check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Room is spacious and service is beyond great. All the staffs are very nice and friendly, willing to answer every inquiries we have had. Even if our arrival time is very late at night, they still manage and strive to make it happen. It also offers fantastic breakfast and most importantly, there is air con in the room. Absolutely would recommend it to my friends and family if they visit luzern :)

The staff were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. And a great location. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing to make our stay better would have been Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room and a small fridge.
