The location is very good, in the center of Arosio. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.

The path to the Hotel (where the checking and breakfast is) is through a narrow road with some cars, which is not very safe. There's an alternative path without cars but not suitable if you come with a baby stroller. In any case, that's not the Hotel's fault, but something to take into account..

The rooms are basic but very spacious and clean. We slept really well. The restaurant has a wonderful garden and the food is good. A lot of local products and wines. The staff is truly friendly.

I thought it would be possible to walk from the guesthouse to the restaurant (of hotel il Castagno, their other property), but that’s not the case, at least impossible with a young child. If I knew it I would have booked the hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff, amazing views to wake up to, The „family room“ are in fact two rooms with a little corridor. So two kids and the parents can sleep separately but the kids can easily come over should that be necessary… Windows into three directions are a bonus. The breakfast was with indoors and outdoors Make sure to put the hotel address into your navigation - that’s where you’re picking up the keys. It’s 2 minutes to drive from the B&B.

it’s nice and quiet and ideally located for couples that want privacy. I wouldn’t recommend this location for families with small children. the beds were comfy, room spacious, it was clean I recommend getting the Ticino card and using the excellent public transport network.

it would have been nice if the room had at least a kettle with some tea/instant coffee. it is a bit isolated and there is no catering facility at the location. it would be nice to at least be able to make oneself a warm beverage. Another option would be to have a small corner where guests can purchase to drink or a snack etc and pay into a cashbox etc. As there is no grocery store i. Arosio, the closest place to get something to drink is at the hotel.

Spacious, good seats, a silent fridge, comfortable bed with small and large cushions as you prefer. A good breakfast at the hotel nearby.

Reception and breakfast are a bit far when you are on foot (we were), with a car no issue.

Guesthouse Arosio B&B is a lovely place with comfy beds (essential after and before a long day’s drive) and spacious rooms. We had delicious diner and breakfast at the restaurant and staff is so friendly and warm. We were sorry we only had such a short stay.

Very friendly staff! Extremely helpful regarding our transfer. Located in cute little village surrounded by beautiful nature. Delicious breakfast with the possibility to eat it outside on the terrace. Beds are good and rooms are clean. We want to return to this very nice hotel!

Far far away from anything. Breakfast in the Hotel 700m away. No way to prepare a coffee / hot water in the B&B.

We had a really nice large room and bathroom. Very clean and bright. Nicely decorated and quiet. The Hotel staff were all very helpful, and friendly. They provided a key for early morning access to the breakfast buffet from outside the Hotel.

It would be nice if there was a way to make coffee or tea at the Guesthouse. The location is fine if you have a car, although you have to negotiate 27 sharp turns in 4 km to reach Arosio from the valley. Bus service is once per hour. Although it appears to have been operated as a standalone B&B in the past, it is now an annex for a Hotel 700 m along the road, so breakfast is a short drive away.

Excellent B&B to explore Malcantone and the surrounding region.
