Excellent staff and hotel. We were treated so well from start to finish, they were so friendly and accommodating, it made our stay. Breakfast was super and the room was very clean. We really appreciated the welcome drinks and early check in. Highly recommend this family run hotel. Perfect for a weekend overnight stay from Zurich. Many thanks!

Location is a short walk to the main square in Ascona, so further than most hotels in the town (which we knew on booking ☺️), but as a result the area is very quiet and peaceful

This is the one of the best hotel that i ever had. The room is clean and well organized. Most of all, the hostess is very very kind. We arrived over the midnight, but there is no problem concerning check-in. She prepare everything before and let me know how to check-in, we could easily check-in even it was midnight. And also the breakfast was perfect. They prepared homemade jam and bread and etc, it was best breakfast i ever had in switzerland. She also care about my children, during the breakfast she prepare toys for my children. Everything was perfect. I really satisfied with the hotel. If i have another chance, i will definitely go there again.

Location and it had parking

We stay at hotels where they charge you for the night stay for one room not per person for one room. Being charged around 200ch each person to stay in one room is not normal for use travellers around the world. And I have stayed at one or two places in Switzerland that charged me for the room both the people.

The place is cosy with an intimate family vibe. The staff is incredibly kind, patient and friendly. The accommodation is a 5 min walk from the lake and 5 min away from the bus station.

Was more expensive than other hotels that are right by the lake side. The room space was also small.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who checked me in. She made everything very easy for my brief stay. The room was just as expected and very comfortable. Excellent location, only a short walk to the lake and short walk from the bus (which is free when you book a hotel).

I only stayed a quick night as it was on my way and it was very good, breakfast is good, staff friendly and the room was nice (I have been upgraded)

Not informed before the checkout that I had to pay extra 15euros for the parking, despite our call the night before but I am not sure there are any viable alternatives so they take advantage of it.

Very friendly people. First experience as we arrived was the lovely desk lady who welcomed us and offered a welcome drink. The location is also good as we could park directly in front or behind the building. Due a personal talk with the owner I know that a team of 9 people is taking care of visitors and each in the team was part of the conceptional development and this is what you see and feel in the hotel or common rooms. Last but not least you are only a short walk from the riviera, the old town or swimming area away.

Great location in Ascona, the room is modern and very nice. What makes the hotel wonderful is the service, nice welcoming of the reception (in several languages) and the glass of Prosseco. Also the breakfast is generous and recommended. I will definitely go back

Very well located hotel between the Lido and Ascona Lakeside. Both are just a short walk away. Very nice and clean rooms, top breakfast buffet and very, very nice hosts. Our first address for Ascona!

Absolutely very rich buffet with cereals, eggs, various types of bread, lovely orange juice, great coffee machine, delicious cheese, cold cuts and honey. The location is perfect. Very close to Ascona centre and to the marvellous lake. If you rent a bike you can easily travel everywhere!

Rooms aren't too well sound proofed but if neighbours are quite it's not a problem :)
