Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping ladies were fantastic. Also Natasha in the restaurant was very welcoming, very professional and would be the reason of me returning to this hotel. She is fantastic and Management should be aware of the great leader she is. The a la cart food in the restaurant was very good.

The hotel is still under reconstruction and the repair noise started a bit too early. The free buffet breakfast needs some better choices

I did not have breakfast at the hotel - not a breakfast person. The surrounding area to the hotel's location is not "inviting".

Everything in terms of service was superb to excellent. The Gym equipment needs to have instructions for use. For example, i was unable to use the stationary bike because a password was required to increase the intensity on the equipment, which was not provided. The foot press machine had the foot-press plate turned in, with no instructions on how to have it engaged.

We loved the location, staff were excellent, breakfast was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The bed could fit my family of 4 comfortably. Decor was truly amazing...very modern and attractive.

Hot water did not work and the noise from construction being done on unfinished rooms early in the morning was disturbing.

The best in this hotel is, that it is new. The rooms are completely new and also clean. However, the Hotel is still under construction. The Rooftop Bar is wonderful + the food nice. The hotel staff is friendly. The Central Market nearby is worth visiting.

It's not the safest area. Further North after the Palmtree Garden, it's nicer + probably more convenient for Tourists. There you'll also find more Restaurants and better infrastructure. The worst part was, that there was no possibility to simply pay for the room with a credit or debit card. They simply hadn't a device for it. On Booking.com was listed, that the hotel would accept cards! To find cash with a foreign credit or debit card at ATM's in Paramaribo can turn out to be a real hassle, as there are also limited amounts you can withdraw. In the end, I had to pay for my entire stay through a bank transfer. Laundry cleaning was almost becoming a mission impossible in this hotel. It took 3 days! They claim to be a 4-Star hotel. Well, the desk service is definitely not 4-Star.
