We recently spent a few days at the villa, and overall, the impressions were positive. The villa is located in a quiet area, creating a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The villa's grounds were well-maintained, clean, and charming. We were particularly pleased with the availability of free sunbeds, mattresses, and towels, making beach time incredibly comfortable. The presence of a small restaurant on the premises, where dishes are prepared by a professional team of chefs, was also a delightful surprise. Delicious food is an essential aspect of a fulfilling vacation. The room we stayed in, situated on the second floor, was spacious and cozy. The interior met hotel standards with a wardrobe, luggage shelf, mirror, bedside tables, and ample lighting. The large balcony with a view of the pool and the sea was especially enjoyable, adding an extra layer of coziness. It's worth mentioning the responsive staff, who make an effort to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was also of a high standard – diverse and hearty, providing options to suit various tastes.

Everything was amazing. Started with the early check in (it was a huge help for us after a full day trip). The restaurant (Palm) is very good, with good prices (curry 1500 LKR, huge seafood mix plate for 2: 7500 LKR). We tasted a lot of types of fruit juice, curry, crab, fish, lobster, everything was tasty and fresh. For the breakfast (7:30-9:30) we had 3 different options: local with fruits and sweet joghurt, continental with omlett, bacon and sri lanka style with curry and rice. The swimming pool is clean, the garden is amazing. The massage was also good. The staff was very nice.

The hotels tour organiser recommended us some tour, but the price was higher than the real price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea Rock Villa in Bentota and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived I was blown away by the stunning location just steps away from the beach with breathtaking views. The place itself was beautifully designed and decorated offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious clean and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The highlight for me was the balcony overlooking the ocean where I spent many hours just taking in the view and listening to the sound of the waves. But what truly set Sea Rock Villa apart was the amazing staff. From the welcoming and attentive reception to the friendly and helpful team of employees the service was outstanding. Overall I would highly recommend Sea Rock Villa to anvone looking for a luxurious beachfront getaway with exceptional service and breathtaking views. It truly exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.

Beautiful and quaint little property just before Bentota beach (at Induruwa).. the view from the property, the beach area, the swimming pool are all wonderful and really worth it! Thankfully they have a few vegetarian options as well in their restaurant which are good! We prefer a resort like this rather than one inside the town, especially if you have your own vehicle

Breakfast was quite disappointing as there's not much choice/options.. no buffet, and the set menu is very limited. We don't mind paying a bit extra, but would want a bigger breakfast with more options.. The staff need to be a bit more proactive as they are very laid back

The highlight of this hotel its location, it's just on the beach shore and sea is just few steps away from the hotel. From the room balcony you can watch the sea and sink in the sound of waves. The view from balcony is picturesque and one can see the sea, swimming pool and the trees inside the hotel in one frame. Room is quite spacious, neat and tidy. Their restaurant and bar is quite good and they serve excellent food. Their restaurant is the best among the near by hotel's restaurant and you can witness guests from near by hotels visit this restaurant for dinner. Their staff are friendly and helpful, they have a well maintained swimming pool and good for enjoying with family. I must mention about their gardener who is like a bee and always busy from morning to ensure their swimming pool and garden area are maintained neat and beautiful always.

A/C was leaking water, hope they would have fixed that by now.

Hotel, pool and staff were very good and we enjoyed being there.

On Friday we stayed there were some very noisy guests that kept us awake past 2am and even shouting at them had minimal effect. It seems weekends some people hire a room to party in. Avoid weekends here. Why hotel lets this happen I do not know and only response to my complaint was sorry that we were inconvenienced - which we were. But very good and relaxing place to stay - just not on weekends.

The location is too good. The staffs were really good and were available all the time for the service. The room size was big enough for 2 or even for 3 people. As shown in the picture, the property is located right next to the beach or I could even say it's a private beach.

The breakfast and dinner spread could have been better. Just bread butter, fruit bowl and coffee for breakfast at this price is not sufficient.

Excellent place to stay, and relax. The place was spotless. So much care and attention around the grounds. Friendly staff. With it being out of season, we had the pool to ourselves at times, and it was easy to relax too by the beach on sun loungers. Vast food menu with generous portions. Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Tuktuk available with trips if wanted.

We spent last night at Sea Rock Villa and it was the best choice we could have done! like a boutique hotel with just few rooms amazingly decorated, with high selling, pool view, amazing breakfasts and so-so kind and gentle people! there’s a restaurent for lunch and dinner, the plates choice is very good, many local dishes, very good prices. the pool is just fantastic! ❤️ and for sure, an ocean in front… we managed to swim, the waves are not strong. and the sunset was so beautiful! we regret we didn’t stay more nights, really! a place to come back!!!

.Very spacious outside grassy pool area for a small boutique hotel. . Staff are great . Reasonable prices . Good menu selection and good quality a la carte food .really nice atmosphere, felt homely, which is why they are fully booked with repeat customers. We tried staying an extra night, but everyone that stays there wants to come back

The breakfast was below average compared to the rest of the meals. But we loved everything else
