Beds and bathtub are great. Very spacious.

1. Parking: The parking facilities are poorly maintained and lack automation. While they might be suitable for a hostel, they fall far short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. This is not acceptable for such a category. 2. Breakfast: The breakfast options are extremely limited, which is completely inappropriate for a 4-star hotel. A wider variety of choices is expected at this level. 3. Reception Staff: The man at the reception was a bit rude on the first day but significantly more polite during his second shift. This inconsistency might stem from exhaustion due to long working hours. Reception staff should have adequate rest to maintain professionalism and provide excellent service.

Great hotel all the staff were very helpful and friendly,room was cleaned every day by the friendly cleaning ladies,breakfast was lovely lots of choice, like other comments though sometimes had to Que as only one coffee machine, about a 10 minute walk to both old town and a lovely beach, lovely room lots of nice toiletries and clean towels that you can take to the pool, pool was lovely, thank-you all at Astari for our lovely stay 😃

My only negative comment would be is not having a kettle in the room for a hot drink when you wake up

Lovely room overlooking the pool area with very comfortable huge bed and excellent bathroom and shower. Pool area was lovely and had a nice seating area outside for either dining or more relaxed furniture when having a coffee or drink, we never sat inside because of this. Good valve breakfast with a good choice and presentation was good, €10 per person and was worth it. Food in general was ok and no more than this but there are lots of amazing restaurants in the old town so spoiled for choice. In general all the staff were very professional and friendly

My one issue with the hotel is that they charge full car parking for a motorcycle. I traveled all over Spain, Portugal and Andorra on this trip and not one hotel charged me for parking a single motorcycle. €12 a day for a motorbike is ridiculous and the hotel needs to review this policy. The reception guy told me if I had more 3 motorcycles the price would be the same ! No use to me when I was travelling one bike. The underground car park has loads of dead spaces where motorcycles can fit or do what most hotels do a create a few area for motorcycles to park for free. This is the only reason I would not use this hotel again as I enjoyed my two night stay here just paying €24 to park was not nice.

This is a comfortable , modern and well designed hotel. Good air con in the rooms and around the hotel which was needed! Good king sized bed. The room and communal areas felt very clean and well maintained. We had a nice balcony with plenty of room to sit and relax. The room was spacious and felt a bit upmarket! Good location- 5/10 minute walk to the city centre with the Roman ruins and 5/10 minutes to the sandy beach. The pool area was relaxing and clean. Nice loungers and sofas. Although we went during a festival weekend, the pool never felt too busy and it was a good place to switch off and cool down! There is a bar that serves good food and drinks at a reasonable price. We will be back!

The room could be improved by having a full length mirror and some tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was decent but a few extra cooked food options would have gone down well I think.

A lovely hotel and in a built up area, chosen because it has safe parking for our overnight stop. However, the parking was full and they wanted us to park some ten minute walk away. No way! They allowed us to park outside in the drop off zone. Thé restaurant was lovely to look at like the rest of the place, but the evening meal was local supermarket guacamole, frozen chips with a piece of salmon. No salad, not even a few peas. It looked like something I throw together when I’m shattered after work! Breakfast was continental and was better.

Immaculate, modern facilities, huge, comfortable bed, sumptuous walk in shower, great range of breakfast options, buffet style, great pool and surrounding gardens. The hotel has an up to date masculine, adult, sleek feel. Nice to have a bar that charges normal prices for drinks too.

Honestly, nothing (we had poor weather, so spent more time than we planned to in the hotel, so we sampled the facilities thoroughly!) Oh, a mirror on the desk in the main room would be good, the only one is in the bathroom.

We were satisfied with the hotel in general. The loction was very good on a main street anda we were able to reach the old city easily by walking. The room was very clean and tidy. If slippers were available it would be good. A wide balcony with pool view is nice to rest when you are back to the room late night. The breakfast is good, sufficient with bakery and several other products. Only, one more coffee machine would be good as queues occure in busy hours. Although the parking is not a big problem the personnel was not helpful enough. The first day when we checked-in the garage was full and there were no space in front of building, all reserved spaces were occupied with cars, so I parked my car on the street two hundred meters away. No problem. However, the next day, when I was back, there were available space in front of the building, I parked my car, but people at the reception did not allow to park my car there and said that these spaces are reserved to check-in-out, places are available at the garage for 12 €/day. I parkd far away again, but at the end of the day the reserved areas were again full, so I think there was a discrimination between guests.

Cozy and comfortable hotel. Our room was quite small, but for a short stay it wasn't an issue. Very clean and well-maintained, common areas and rooms are not worn out. Pool area is not very spacious, but during our stay, we didn't have problems getting a sunbed.

There were few choices for breakfast (except all baked croissants, cakes and so on), and it probably could become annoying for a longer stay (2 or more nights). Air ventilation in a bathroom should be better. Wi-Fi could be more stable. TV wasn't connected to the internet and was unavailable to use the cast function.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Nice shower and great hair dryer. Breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of items (eggs, bacon, hams, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices). The Restaurant (dinner) menu was limited though. Throughout our stay we ordered the burgers, the salmon and the pasta carbonara. They were all tasty and well portioned. They have parking on site for a fee; it was spacious and convenient.

It didn’t have a coffee maker in the room.

The property was modern with a lovely pool. The seating areas outside were covered which was good to protect you from being exposed to the sun too much. Our room had a lovely private balcony also.

I think the breakfast price of €10 per person is a bit steep. In the last few days of our stay we walked 10 minutes to a local cafe which for 2 coffees each and a pastry didn’t exceed €12. There was also no kettle or coffee machine in the room which would have been preferred also for early in the mornings.
