Location was good, nice surroundings. Plenty of sun beds and choice of pools. Staff helpful very hardworking and excellent activity team who were really engaging (good entertainment). Rooms were clean and towels changed daily. Food - plenty of choice and themed nights. I liked the outside pizza and pasta station which was freshly cooked to order.

Food - some basic items were often Luke warm (breakfast; bacon, beans - lunch; chips nuggets, dinner; chips vegetables). Room not sound proof, you could hear talking and movement from adjacent rooms and those above. Room needed some maintenance. Shower would splash into main bathroom so always needed a mat/towel down - some black mould in the silicon around the shower tray and some rust on toilet seat fittings, however the bathroom and room was cleaned daily. Flies -sadly there were so many flies around the hotel and in the restaurant which was very annoying, I have never experienced anything like it. However it appears to be a problem on the whole of the island when reading other reviews of hotels and not limited to this resort.

Reception staff we very friendly and helpful. Location is only about 15 to 20 mins to airport. Cost us about 15 euro in taxi. Food was good value for money, breakfast, lunch, dinner lots of options. Air con in room was good in the July heat. Hotel was kept very clean. Its a short walk to beach. You can keep all inclusive band after checking out at 12pm which was handy as our flight home was later that night.

All inclusive drinks were not as good as we used to. No cava included, which we found strange for Spain. Bar is extremely strict on times. We couldn't even get a bottle of water at exactly 12 pm. There's no water provided in rooms, so make sure you take some bottles from the bar before it closes at night. The room itself was fine, but dont expect much from a view. Our room was 5103 and had zero views. While the beach is close, nice and sandy with bars and shops, there are other more beautiful beaches on the island. We rented a car and within 10 mins drive there are amazing calas. The island itself is small so a few days in a car you will see lots! Car rental is 2 mins from hotel.

Everything was so professional from the reception staff to the leisure team,the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. Everyone played their part in making this an excellent holiday destination. The bar was very efficient with very friendly staff with lots of space to chill out The restaurant provided a very good quality and varied food for all tastes.

The cocktails in the bar were a bit hit and miss,the first couple of days they were individually made but after that they were poured straight from a container and weren't very nice. The hotel use like golf buggy vehicles to service the laundry supplies to each block but these emit a sound when being reversed not unlike a fire alarm which can be very annoying, especially early in the morning. I know it is a health and safety thing but perhaps the volume could be brought down

Location was perfect! 2 min walk from the beach and restaurants. Although the choice of food at the hotel restaurant was pretty amazing! All the staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ignore the comments about them not being. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful! The family room was ideal. It was big, 2 bathrooms, dividing doors. Perfect!

Benign on the 3rd floor we didn’t have a balcony that we could look over. We had a balcony, but it was a wall but railings so when sat down it wasn’t much of a view. Next time I’d request a lower room, pool view. There will be a next time ! Can’t wait to return :)

Location was great, very close to the beach. The hotel had smaller, quieter grounds next door that we used. Lots of sunbeds but very few people....perfect. The food was lovely, plenty of choices.

People putting towels on sunbeds by the main pool area and then not using them all day. Toiletries were included- shampoo, conditioner and hand-wash but no shower gel or body wash.

Everything was lovely, staff were very helpful, great variety at meal times. The view from our room was incredible and located close to the beach. Bus route into Mahon a few steps away from the hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay here and I would book here again.

This is nit picking here but the only thing that would have been nice is the option to use a lilo in the pool.

There was a great selection. Lovely outdoor terrace which was so good because I found the indoor area rather dark and lacking in atmosphere. Staff very professional and friendly. Always plenty of free tables to choose from.

Although my room was adequate and comfortable, my balcony faced directly onto the opposite block which was quite near. I booked quite late so understand that I probably did not get the best room. I appreciated the cleanliness.

Superb place for family vacation, plenty kids activities, amazing pool for little ones. Nice food! Friendly and very helpful staff! Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.

liked almost everything! really great place, just once I found someone tuft of hair in the towel, I thought it’s a spider, was really unexpected. And our beds was running from each other: every morning we had hole between our beds.

Very good location and best food offer I ever experienced - food variety, themed dinners. The most kind stuff, ready to help and hard working people in dining room and kitchen.

Walls in hotel room are very thin and you can hear everything.

Clean rooms, nice pool areas, but the stand out is the staff, absolutely first class staff. Our part ages were 17-75 and there really was something for everyone.

Although we never had an issue with sunbed availability, we could see in peak months this could be a problem. Dining hall very busy at peak times but brilliant fresh food and the staff work tirelessly to keep dining all stocked and clean.
