The room was neat and clean, and it had everything that was needed. The building has a dining room available as well as a kitchen with microwaves where food can be heated. There is also a water fountain available. The staff was extremely helpful. Parking is available in the surrounding area and in front of the building. It is free from 8 PM to 8:30 AM (during other times, 9.5 hours = 4.40 EUR).

The room was too hot and stuffy (I don't know how anyone can survive there when it's above 35 degrees outside – during our stay it was 25 degrees).

Check in with staff was great. The room and bathroom were spacious and location was good, with supermarket just around the corner. Shower was great too! Even though is not in the old center, the value of the room was good and I would stay here again if back in Pamplona.

No TV in the room and walls were a bit thin. I could hear someone snoring in a different room one night.

We stayed three nights during the Sanfermines. Prices were significantly higher during that time. Difficult for pilgrims on the Camino to find something affordable (and available) during that period. Fortunately we booked way earlier.

Brand new hostel, feels more like a hotel. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is decent, but fresh and delicious. No air-conditioning, but the fan worked really well. Really big bathroom and the room itself. Overall, you feel like at home.

They have huge common areas for working, eating, or just chilling out. I had to work remotely, and they kindly offered an office for me.

Maybe missing AC and lack of cleaning during the stay, but that was clearly stated upfront

Icon hotel made our rest after Petra 6 hour hiking more than confortable: it was 5 minutes walk from rhe entrance, we arrived way before the check in hour and they took all our luggage which they brought to our room. Issa was very kind to us. Beds and pillows were very confortable and the shower had rain-like water both cold and hot. Very good value for money, I would repeat.

The property is clean and the rooms are big. It’s located near the Clínica de Navarra which was the purpose of our stay.

The rooms are not air conditioned only ceiling fans. Hairdryers need to be requested as they have only a limited number of them.

He rooms were very good. The shower was really good and the bed was confortable. The staff is really kind. It's 20 minutes from the old town I made walking every day.

They don't serve breakfast so you have to go outside and they suggest a bakery that's ok. If they have other better places nearby, it would be nice, but this is not an issue of the place.

Close to the University and close to old Pamplona. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. They had snacks for the football matches.

There wasn’t a tv in the rooms.
