We had a great and relaxing stay at the hotel. The property is visually appealing, and our apartment was really comfortable. The hotel has a variety of swimming pools, a great bar, and a diverse range of activities for guests. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and considering its quiet location, this hotel is perfect for relaxation. They offered a high variety of food, including a lot of options for everyone. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

While we truly enjoyed the food and drinks, one issue that negatively affected our experience was the cleanliness of the kitchenware. The spoons, forks, knives, plates, and glasses were often not properly cleaned. In many cases, items seemed to have been washed only superficially. For a hotel of this quality, this is a relatively easy issue to fix, and we believe more attention should be given to it. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

The beach by the hotel is great, its just 5 minutes down the hill. The food was great, it was different everyday. We had a lovely room with a big balcony, so it was really nice.

Maybe just for information, i recomment that you rent a car or scooter because the hotel is a little bit remote. It is close to a bus station, and very close to the main city Mahon, but for discovering all the beaches its better to rent something. Maybe a minus is the noise at breakfast, but you grt use to it.

Clean spread out, low rise blocks, 2 pools one was quieter good food m, friendly staff, fun entertainment. Situated in a high end residential area. Very chilled just what we wanted. Would definitely return

Amazing retreat with a beautiful beach nearby. Facilities were great, swimming pool was amazing. Staff are all so friendly and helpful! Overall the place is beautiful, I would just say there’s only 1 bus stop right outside which comes at very specific times and only a few times a day- so definitely get a moped/car if you want to explore around. There’s a couple mini markets right by this place- very helpful!

The cheese used for the margherita pizza was not so great, I’d opt for actual mozzarella, otherwise everything else was great.

Animation team - Vasco, Giovanni, Matteo, Cristina and Alba! Always going over and above to accomodate the children, engaging people of all ages in activities, All of animation team we're fantastic, we loved water polo and Aqua Gym!

Dangerous pool My son cut his foot open in the pool on the first day was gushing with blood, also unsure of the 'sectioning' of the pool when there was fieces and sick in the pool. Flies and wasps. So many flies and wasps around the site, made it really uncomfortable to enjoy a drink because you either had to down it before a fly went in it or drink with several flies trying to get in your mouth. Food Food was also a bit samey, the labels were miss matched (if there was a label) and there was no theme nights so just random food.

Beautiful resort. The staff was nice, and nearly everyone spoke English. The room was nice and clean, although it had some problems with the toilet as it would get stuck continuously, but it wasn't a massive issue. The resort is mainly focused on families. If you want to spend a nice time with your kids, it’s definitely an amazing option. However, for couples, I would consider looking in a different direction depending on what you are looking for in a hotel. The price could be slightly cheaper in my opinion, but apart from that, we enjoyed the stay, and I’m sure I will keep it in mind for the future.

Location wasn’t the best, you have to rent a car if you stay there because it can be challenging with the bus. Luckily cars are not too expensive and the resort lets you rent it from one their partners.

Hotel was OK, it is a bit old but very well maintained and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good and everyone can find something to eat. For us the location was excellent, it is close to the airport and good starting point to see the island by car. You also have public bus just a cross the street of the hotel. The village of Es Canutelles is small, mostly with residential houses, but you have a restaurant by the beach, a small beach and 2 small shops in the hotel complex where you can find everything you need.

The location was perfect and the facilities exceeded any expectations that we had. We booked only one day here before our trip back home so couldn't enjoy every single thing but would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to relax.

Until the moment we handed over our passports and showed our reservation at the checkin desk everything was fine, but we felt a change in the behaviour afterwards that we didn't really understand.

We did half-board and had a 1 bed-room stay and it was very nice. The food was good and menu will change often. The supermarket is in the hotel area, and has all the basic (drinks, warm-up snacks, souvenir, shampoo etc. etc.). Also the beach was 3 minutes walk and enjoyed swimming there. There were 2 swimming pools, and both were nice. Also the program by Animation Entertainment team was nice! The staff were nice and helpful, at the reception, in the restaurant, and also the cleaners were professional and kind.

The room noise was quite good hearable. You could hear some bonking or chair/table screeching, but in general late night or early in the morning it was quite quiet. The bus stop is just outside the hotel lobby. There were 4 buses a day, so you don't have many options. Of course you can go by taxi which will cost about 20 euros.
