I love the concept and setup. The pods are actually much more spacious than the pictures give credit. Great value for a solo traveller. Location was amazing! Loved having my own space but economical and high quality. The efficiency and design was really impressive. Despite being next to the hall and door the pods are pretty much sound proof, the automatic light shut off was also a plus. The storage and desk setup really added to the use of space, The hangers were also a huge bonus, love being able to hang my coat and dress shirts! Perfect for digital nomad and business travellers on a budget looking for a central location near great food and shopping!
I had a back issue while there so the extra soft bed was a bit problematic but normally I would have loved that level of softness. The magnets on the stalls/showers in bathroom did add a bit of noise even if you try to be quiet. Only an issue for the early risers/late sleepers. Everything else was perfect! Would have been happy to stay longer!

The rooms are wayy smaller then it looks and there is only one male and one female bathroom and shower for about 8 pods to share

Hostel was great value for money, overall was clean and in a great location. The rooms are naturally small but for a few night stay do the trick. Was super easy to get in and out and overall a laidback vibe about the place. Staying in April was great though I could not stay here over the summer as the rooms would get unbearably hot. There is no air conditioning and only a small vent which does not let much air through. One night during my stay I was unable to sleep because of how hot the room got and it has only been 20 degrees that day. It seems the only way to effectively circulate air was to open the window in the hallway which I’d be happy with though this would increase noise pollution from outside which I imagined others wouldn’t have been as pleased with (especially those nearer the window). Everywhere felt clean apart from one room which was the shared male toilet where my pod was situated. The toilet was cleaned regularly however the painted walls within this small toilet had mould forming on them which was most likely from humidity from the humid climate, the multiple rooms and the showers which were situated in front of it. The smell of mould/damp was really strong and not pleasant when using the toilet. You are given 1 face towel and 1 body towel for the full trip. I stayed 4 nights and had to pay €3 for an extra towel. This was fine but to me it seemed strange to only be allowed 1 body towel for that length of time.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff is amazing and helpful, the room was SO clean and surprisingly spacious (felt more like a very small hotel than a hostel). I loved the fact that I had privacy. Internet is fast and the common room is lively. All in all a great experience.
Can't say it's something that bothered me all the time, because I figured out a workaround, but the hot water in the women's only wing was really fickle. Tip: go into the first cabin 10 minutes after somebody took a shower, you will definitely have hot water for at least 7 minutes. Otherwise it's a bit hit-and-miss.

Staying at the hostel was nice experience for me as a person travelled alone. The hostel offers a lot of activities in which you can participate, what’s more they arrage excursions to the most popular places in Malaga or in close area for an additional fee. The pod was tiny but enough for one person, towels, sheets, duvets was clean. The only thing are locks in doors cause they works loudly what can be annoying for someone who can’t sleep deeply , same about the noise from the outside but it’s normal cause the hostel it’s located in the center. But to sum up was worth to stay there.

I had to last-minute book something as my original plans fell through, and this hostel was just so much above expectations. This is the first time I have stayed in a hostel instead of a hotel, but I wasn’t disappointed. I had my own little pod, which was perfectly fine to just sleep and leave my things at. I could only get a top bunk (booking super late) which is a little more difficult compared to a lower one, but still it was nice and comfortable. The cleaning staff were constantly around, everything was always clean and stocked. There’s an abundance of programs organized by the hostel, so you can be sure to meet some people and have some fun while you’re there. I had some issues with the ventilation and temperature in my room but the receptionist lady immediately helped out and resolved the problem! Thank you coeo for making my stay comfortable, fun and great!

It's a pod, so guests need to be prepared for tiny spaces. I stayed five nights in a single lower female dorm. The bed was comfortable enough, and I had no trouble sleeping. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The chill-out/eating area was big enough for a good-sized group. Breakfast is available for 8 Euros. The location is perfect. It's easy walking distance to all the central attractions, the port, and the beach. The hotel team members were helpful and friendly. The wifi worked well. There is a kitchen for food prep and a washer and drier. I would return, but perhaps not for five nights.
Just be prepared for a tiny space then everything will be good.

The concept of the pod is really great.
The price is a bit high. Also, and this is not the hostel fault, I think the people is more noisy as they seem not be aware of other people in the room, as the pod gives you your own space. I suppose is the bad side of the pod's concept.

Why can't there be more places like this in the world? It was a finally tuned operation! Small but extremely comfortable room, clean bathrooms, lovely fragrance soap and shampoo in the toilet, extremely helpful staff, and a wonderful offering of activities. Also nice communal seating area and kitchen. I am older than your average solo traveler, so I had a lot of apprehension about staying here. I sent a message beforehand to ask about the demographic, and they told me I would be more than welcome. I felt this was the case, I did not feel uncomfortable in the least.
There could be better follow up when booking the activities. I attempted to book a day trip, and never heard back from the staff or the vendor.

I stayed in a pod for 2 nights. I liked the privacy of the pod, it was small and very quiet, but as big as it only needs to be, I would have stayed there for more days without hesitation. The bathrooms were great, and also kind of funky, because the big window was overlooking the street outside and the lively pedestrians were loud and clear enough, to make you feel as if your shower door would possibly open in the middle of the street. Breakfast was very good, kitchen very tidy. Personnel were all very professional and pleasant. Location very central, plenty of options to dine and discover.
I would like to see more lean protein for breakfast (turkey, eggs), it is the only improvement I can recommend.
