Most things was great except asking to pay for additional shampoo and towels

Must offer towels and shampoo for free. It will not cost the hotel a lot

Excellent apartment in a good location to see the sights in Madrid. The apartment was extremely clean with quality sheets and was well equipped if you wanted to cook meals. We especially loved sitting on the huge corner balcony with morning coffee and enjoying an apéritive watching the sun set in the evening. Even though the location is located in the city centre, it was quiet and peaceful since it was across the road from Parque de la Montana which contains the Templo of Debod. Great place for an evening walk filled with lots of people gathering to enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of Madrid. All the staff we interacted with were kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was superb for myriad reasons: walking distance to the metro and some main attractions as neighbors but without the noise; quite remarkable! Special thanks to Luis (who was only a few days into his job!) for assisting us promptly and without issue when our son unfortunately got sick. He cleaned up and got me a cab with a return trip to a 24-hour pharmacy, all without ever complaining. Muchísimas gracias, Luis! Thank you also to Jaime who greeted us upon arrival and was extremely helpful in providing a good lay of the land in terms of the metro, grocery stores, and nearby attractions.

This is not a criticism but more a suggestion: having manuals, even if in PDF form to download, for some of the appliances. We knew how to use the stove from having stayed in flats previously with the same type of stove, but others who visit may not have had the same experience. The thermostat was a bit challenging to keep at a constant temperature, but we made do.

Apartment was very nice and in a great location. The people at the front desk were helpful and it was nice knowing they were on-site 24 hours per day.

Each day, in the early morning hours, I was awakened by people talking/yelling outside the building. Additionally, it would be nice to be given coffee for each day of your stay. Rather, when I asked for more coffee for our second day, I was told it would be one euro for each addItional pod. If guests need to buy their own coffee, it would be good to be given instructions on what kind of coffee pods will fit the machine and where we could purchase, but at least they were available for purchase.

Bathroom very small and the shower had obviously had a leak as there was poor silicone repairing and wood damage around the door. Also the shampoo and conditioner supplied were tiny bottles that lasted for 1 use with no replacement. And the soap for hand basin and shower was 1 tiny bar. There was 1 dishwasher tablet only. We had 5 days booked which cost $2500 Australian dollars- a lot of money. I expect better when paying this sort of money.

The apartment was perfectly located and central and had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4. Excellent bedding and comfort. Couch maybe not the best but did do the job. Easy access to local transport metro and busses. But rather walk and explore…

The only complaint was we were not informed of the road works right in front of the building and the noise was not acceptable although not Their fault I would have rather have been informed . Noise from around 7:30am ….. not sure when they will complete. Rest of day we were out anyway.

This place is one of the very few I have stayed in, that was actually as good as I hoped it would be! Superb location close to the metro, the apartment was very clean and spacious with all that we needed for our 3 night stay. We had a two bed two bathroom apartment and both bedrooms had super comfy beds with nice bathrooms and plenty of storage. The kitchen was well equipped and the seating area very comfortable. Although the apartment is central, it was very quiet at night and close to a lovely park and good places to eat.

If I am being really picky the kitchen lacked a chopping board, but really, there was nothing we didn't like.

The staff was excellent! It was nice to know there was someone at the desk 24 hours to help, if needed. They were helpful in recommending place to eat, and would order us taxis if needed. There was an issue with a fire alarm sound in our room when we arrived that could not be immediately fixed, and so we were moved to an even nicer room a floor up, which was much appreciated after traveling all night from San Francisco. Location is good, close to Plaza de Espana, and metro stop there.

Street noise early in the morning hours with garbage pick up, which happens daily?

This property was very well located, walkable to major attractions. The apartment was very spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very quiet with no noise from other tenants or the street. There are free laundry facilities on each floor but not in the room. Reception was really helpful and always available.

The apartment is very well heated but probably a bit too hot for us. Just a small issue but the toaster is one of those old fashioned manual ones that had to be watched very very carefully.

Almost everything about the accommodation was excellent. Nicely situated for many attractions. 10 mins walk to metro which we used to get to the Bernabeau Stadium (10 minutes) and the zoo aquarium, ( under 10 minutes). The staff were fantastic and friendly. Very helpful. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Very comfortable, and quiet. Handy having laundry room outside the room we were in, which we used a couple of times.

Sometimes, it took ages to get onto YouTube on the telly, and it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the appliances. We worked out the dishwasher but not the oven.
