We had a wonderful stay at Spring Arona Tenerife! 🌴 The food selection was fantastic with plenty of choices to suit everyone’s taste, and the restaurant team truly stood out — a special thanks to Carlos Perez for his exceptional service and kindness. The staff across the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with fun activities available throughout the day to keep things lively. Sun loungers were in high demand (perhaps a few more could be added), but they were cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The swimming pools were also regularly checked, keeping the water fresh and safe. Overall, the restaurant was the real highlight of our stay — top quality in both food and service. This is why we are happy return every year!

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The pools were heated and clean. The location was perfect, close to everything, still in a quiet part of the beach.

A bit too many chairs around the pools taken by towels without anybody sitting there.

The fact that was adults only had great appeal and the hotel had been recommended by family. It was also convenient for what we wanted to do in Los Christianos All the staff that we had dealings with were efficient, polite and attentive

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. However, if I have one slight criticism it would be that the lifts sometimes took quite a while to arrive and as a consequence there were several times when I took the stairs

Super breakfast buffet with everything that you could want. Exceptionally clean and well organised hotel. Staff were very friendly and very willing to help. 2 lovely swimming pools and a spa pool. Room was well appointed with a nice patio set to sit on and watch the sun go down. We decided to use the spa to treat ourselves to a massage and the staff there were lovely.

Very noisy bar next to the hotel which was annoying but we appreciate that is nothing to do with the hotel.

Very nice hotel, impressive entrace hall at ground floor level. Very nice swimming pool area with 3 swimming pools (22°C, 28°C en pool at 32°C. A lot of places for sunbathing. Rooms are nice with very pleasant terrace with sea view. Full privacy of this terrace. Breakfast and dinner in restaurant are good with a very wide range of food and with variations between the days. Evening shows are overall quite good.

The hotel is at the end of the beach road in Los Christianos. So rather far away from other locations.

Generally very peaceful, comfortable with great selection of food.

One main bar and every night between 6pm to 8pm a pianist was dominating the place. Drove us crazy! There’s only so much piano playing you can take. Generally, the entertainment was poor and repetitive. Shortage of staff, no bellboy service. Value for money came into question. Average age is high.

Nice room,bed and balcony. Good breakfast. Good location with supermarket,farmacy and healthcare next door. Wonderful wiew over the svimmingpool and beach.

The shower were not to reliable, constantly changing from cold to hot with low pressure. It would be nice to have a key on my arm instead of a card to take with you were ever you go, like the toilet from svimming pool.

Beautiful hotel, pool area is lovely

We were very disappointed the evening entertainment was indoors, don't understand why it was inside on lovely warm nights when most people were sat outside. Also checking in and out took far too long, people were getting fed up waiting.

Being next to the sea

Towels being removed between 9-10am Feel it should be after 10am Feel it should be compulsory to sanitise hands when entering restaurant, especially the buffet! Also serving spoons should be replaced regularly, as they become quite messy!

I love the lush greenery in this Hotel❣️Love the location.💖 Looks like a 5star Hotel. Check in was very enjoyable with Smiley kind Personel. Got sea view upgrade.😇

I don't understand why the essentials not put in the room like: toothbrush, shower cap or shaver kit etc. You have to call reception for it...
