This hotel is perfect to relax. It is beautifully decorated and cosy at the same time. Its location in front of the beach makes is a perfect match for a combination of a Barcelona city trip and a relax morning walk on the beach. The staff was always attentive to meet all our needs and always friendly. I will certainly come back.

Good area and a really beautiful hotel. The corridors were very cool with the glass and sand floor with the greenery on the walls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was well appointed.There is a mini bar with reasonable prices and a fridge if you need one. It was lovely and quiet at night for a good night's rest. The location was great, right on the beach, and the bus stop to get into Barcelona City was only a few minutes walk away.

The food was expensive for what it was. The portions were small and without sides, which is not clear on the menus. Breakfast is well priced with a menu, there is no buffet option if you prefer that style of breakfast. The bath in the room is large and deep but fills very slowly and though it looks like a Jacuzzi bath it no longer functions as one.

We enjoyed the view from our room and the location of the hotel. It is close to the airport and a relaxing final evening in Spain. The staff was helpful and polite. We did not feel the hotel was as advertised due to the extremely limited menu at the restaurant on the evening we visited. The choices were extremely limited and the food is over priced for the quality. However, the service was excellent. The shower in our room was not immaculately clean. There was some mold and the shower head was dirty. I expected higher standards from a five star hotel. It looks as if the hotel is not being maintained properly. Overall, it was a pleasant evening on the Med.

Beautiful spacious rooms, switched to sea facing ones on the second day, nothing can beat the view. modern facilities, spa, restaurant, beach club vibey music with excellent views. Rooftop pool and loungers.. Service was a little slow and often confusing at reception, restaurant and beach club - but all in all fairly friendly.

Nothing. Some improvements to consider - It would be worth considering having longer dinner hours, later than 21:30 as it’s fairly remote. No one was servicing the rooftop bar and pool, it would be good to be able to have service there.

Hotel was fabulous and in a great location. Staff so friendly and would definitely go back again.

A bit of communication issue at the end of the holiday. When we arrived for 3 days we asked if we could come back to the hotel after our 1 week cruise with 2 friends until our flight that night. They said no problem and that we could use the facilities there since we had stayed at the hotel. The hotel was quiet and thought the extra business of buying lunch/dinner and drinks all day would help the hotel out etc. After over an hour of being at the hotel outside on the sun beds, they came up and asked for EUR30.00 per person which was a bit embarrasing. It wasn't advised when we asked or arrived. That was the only part that saddened me as if we knew then it wouldn't have been an issue. The hotel was perfect apart from that.

Breakfast is great, it is worth it. Restaurant in front of the beach is pleasant. Gym is well equiped. The cleaning team is very polite.

In the middle of the night a tree fell in the fence just in front of our balcony. As it blocked the entrance, fireman had to remove it at 3AM. I understood it was a matter of public services safety, that's ok. Nevertheless, at 7:30, the chainsaw started again, this time within the hotel. I had to be very firm and sort of rude to convince the reception it was absolutely not reasonable to start this before 8AM. The hotel does not accept children nor pets.

The location was awesome. Right on a nice quiet beach with an Exclusive beach club vibes. Close to the airport. The room was very large and had a luxury feel. The bathroom is great for a couples romantic stay but would be awkward for others. There’s a nice restaurant and cocktail bar right on site. They staff is very kind and attentive.

The restaurant is expensive and the menu a bit confusing for Americans. It is a bit far from Barcelona city center.

Very pretty, quiet and peaceful. We stayed at a low season in early March ready to board a cruise. It was raining so we could not enjoy the beach much. Breakfast was exceptional! Front staff lady was nice and helpful.

Not much places around to walk around while waiting to check in and no early check-in available. Restaurant is open and has nice drinks and view though.

Lovely hotel at good location near Barcelona Airport. Very nice rooms. Great interior design. Great food in the restaurant and very good service in F&B outlets.

Non of the outdoor pools is heated. Showers in Spa Area do not function due to government instructions. Sauna was broken. Staff in reception area is less welcoming and a little moody.

The room was really nice - the view of the ocean was amazing. I only stayed one night so can’t say anything about the facilities.

The location of the hotel. I took the bus to the hotel in the evening and the walk to the hotel is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend any woman to walk there. It’s dark and there are no people around.
