Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with a dog and the facilities for the dog were good as well. A small playing area with a fence for the dog was really nice, and during breakfast we could take her on the terrace (as the dog is not allowed in the breakfast area). Breakfast and the staff was really good. Nice diversity of food and drinks. Super friendly and har working staff to make breakfast service a good start of the day. Rooms really nice as well with nice view, super clean everyday. Maybe a small kettle and some coffee/tea could be nice to improve the room. Fridge quite large to store some drinks. Nice pool, not very large but fits to the hotel, during our stay not too busy at the pool and all the time beds/seats available. Small disadvantage after around 17.00 hrs sun disappears behind the hotel building. which made it less inviting to stay till later in the afternoon around the pool. Maybe a few parasols during day time would be good as well. Hotel is located on a hill, which offers you a very nice view from the room/pool/terrace, but also means it is a bit of a walk to the old town for dinner in the evening. We were with a car, but without it is at least 30 minutes (nice) walk to the city centre (after 10 minutes you walk next to one of the best city beaches in Europe). A bus stop is close to the hotel as well, 2 minute walk.

Parking space OK, but quite busy (full) during our stay. Nearby parking at the restaurant next door is good alternative. Charging of electric cars at the parkingplace very useful, as the options for fast charging in the area are limited (although charging in most of the parking garages in San Sebastián is possible and works well). During our stay all the time 1-2 chargers (out of 5) were not working. With the V2C app it works fairly easy, if not the hotel staff at the reception is quick and friendly to support. Only point of attention is that other cars park/occupy the charging places (while not EV or not charging).

we very rarely have breakfast in our hotel as we much prefer to explore the local cafes and restaurants . location was perfect only slight draw back was the walk back up the hill to the hotel. was ok for us as we walk everywhere but anyone with disabilities may find this an issue. Parking is available but you need to fall lucky with time of arrival in order to secure a parking spot.

we didn't dislike anything really. nothing we could suggest to improve on, however we rarely spend a lot of time in the hotels we book as spend all our time exploring places we have booked to visit.

Free parking, location was brilliant - 15 minutes walk to the beach and to a hub of restaurants/cafes. The old town/other side of san sebastian is busier. This location was quiet but still able to get to the action easily and quickly. Bus right outside the hotel was brilliant. Decent size room and clean. Swimming pool a bonus.

The only thing that could have been better was that there was no kettle or brew making facilities in the room. As an English person this is a must. We ended up buying our own kettle from a store down the road.

We liked everything about the property. Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, great location and they have a lovely small pool to cool down in if you decide to sunbathe. I would not consider this as a 3 star hotel but à 4 star one ( maybe I shouldn’t write this because they might put up their prices😉)

This isn’t something we didn’t like about the hotel - we loved the hotel- just a little warning that it’s on a hill so walking down to the beach and old town is no problem however walking back up at our age would have been difficult so we got a taxi back for less than €10.00 from the old town.

Hotel is quite modern .motorbike friendly with level parking at rear of hotel. Minimal staff as there is no restaurant or bar. Which I did not realise when booking Its up the hill away from the main area but walkable or you can get a bus. Room was clean with good views. Bed comfy. Air con handy and effective. Quiet too ..could not hear other residents. Breakfast was ok but cost an extra 15 euros per person. Reception staff friendly.

Lack of bar and restaurant a shame. So facilities lacking. Although there is pool and a gym. Quite expensive for what you get....but think st sebastian is expensive anyway. We had been touring spain on a motorbike and all hotels had better facilities in our opinion. And cheaper prices!

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was lovely and bright and cool and clean with a fabulous view over the town, the pool was refreshing and relaxing. Reminded me of a Hockney painting. Easy walking distance to a fabulous beach and all the amenities such as supermarket and coffee shops but we didn't find any good, affordable restuarants nearby so we went into town for that. San Sebastian has a great vibe. We loved our holiday - me, my three teenage children and our dog.

It was all fabulous.

Alone the view we had from the room was magnificent. The location of the hotel is great being just in walking distance from the beach and many restaurants nearby what we discovered too late (it is only down the hill and turn second right to find all types of eatery). Rooms are large and have a sofa to enjoy the view. Bathroom is clean and spacious. We did not have breakfast but it is to recommend. Parking lot in front of hotel was very convenient.

Pool was a bit too small to accommodate more than one family with kids.

Situated up on the hill to the west of San Sebastian. In a quiet neighbourhood. This is a great place to chill out and rest up especially on a long journey or if you need to get away from it all. Friendly professional staff helped to make our stay a relaxed and stress free. Level parking means it's a safe to park your motorbike.

Bigger bar menu would be great as it's a trek to go down into town in the evening on foot. But sitting by the pool was very chilled out.

Hotel with beautiful view on San Sebastian and great location close to the Funicular to Monte Igueldo or Ondarreta Beach (15 min walk) and Old town (40 min walk). Private parking (it is not so big so it may be full during the top season), tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Really nice place to stay during the visit of San Sebastian.

It is on a hill so you have to walk up when coming back from the town ( it was really not so bad ) , the light in the bathroom is very bright and has a move sensor so we could not switch it off and it took quite long until it turns off automatically

The hotel is positioned on the hill so has lovely views out of the rooms at the back. Lovely sized room with big opening windows which was very nice. Friendly and helpful reception staff. We were travelling with our dog so appreciated the dog bowl and treats provided, along with a dog bed pad which was great. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

The light in the bathroom was on an automatic switch so if you got up in the night to go to the loo, the very very bright light came on automatically and was way too bright!
