Elevator was kind of broken

the property had a balcony and was right next to Mayor Plaza, and the staff provided us with cold water when we asked where we could get water from.

the shower didn’t have a curtain so the water sprayed everywhere if you wanted to take one, and the mini fridge was old and dusty, which I’m pretty sure was where the dusty smell was coming from in the room.

Friendly staff, clean room. Value for money, because of location. Pay for parking nearby and not too expensive.

No hot water. A lot of noise from outside. Tv didn't work.

Cheap rate so did not expect a lot. Get what you pay for. But beds were uncomfortable, swayed in. Shower curtain in shower was poor quality & let water get everywhere.

The location is excellent and a very friendly concierge. The looks of the hotel, façade, hall, etc it really looks from a different golden age of the the city tourism.

An hotel that is past it's prime. You can feel that it was probably once a reference in the city and it still has some bits of its former glory. However the years grow heavy and it shows. Old carpets with stains, renovations in the bathroom "just to make it work", uncomfortable beds, rooms are poorly isolated, etc

Location

Location is great. But lots of noise from the old Air conditioning system. No electric sockets in the room.

We loved the location, in the very historical center of Salamaca, walking distance to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Public parking was available right next to the hotel. We booked a triple room. We got two bedrooms, which was a lovely surprise. Big bathroom. The person in the reception was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. Carpets and curtains were stained, and seriously worn out. The wardrobes and drawers were literally falling apart. There weren´t enough electrical sockets (we had to buy an extension). Terrible mattresses. AC did not work. No card payments accepted. Take cash!

It was well located. Central and close to many attractions.

The facilities were very outdated and in need of some maintenance. There was no working restaurant, the sound insulation was terrible as it was possible to hear everything from the adjacent rooms. The floor was super old carpet and it wasn't as clean as expected. The bathtub was super slippery.

There is a women at the hotel who is extremely rude. She laughed with excitement when she said that she does not speak English. Told my friend that our room does not exist when she was looking for us. She has no clue what she is doing or how to greet guests. She is a crazy women.
