Second time in Precise resort and it is always great. Everything is super clean, The pool is amazing, meals are ok for the value. Another great thing is that you can charge your EV for free. This a is really a great value for money. I highly recommend it.

WiFi wasn't great, but after figuring out that it was DNS problem, i just used a public dns server and it was ok. Nothing else to report. Also think the variety of food could be better, but nothing that hinders the experience.

The staff were all amazing (receptionist, cleaning staff, restaurant staff and animation staff). The swimming pools were great, the kids club amazing, the accommodation clean and modern. Loved the little complementary train that takes you to the marina and the complementary ferry that takes you to the beach. Would totally recommend this place, great value for money. All in all a great place for a family vacation.

The buffet was good but could have a bit more variety but it was great that drinks were included and limitless.

Great value for money. The food was generally very good for a buffet style restaurant. The staff was very helpful and the animation team great.

The reception area gets very hot, and with check-ins taking around 10–15 minutes per group, it only takes a few groups before you’re standing there for 25 minutes or more. We’d checked in online, thankfully, but still had to queue to get the keys.

The hotel staff are amazing. Specially Angel and Helena, they were super helpful and showed a great attitude since our arrival. They even provided very valuable advice regarding places to visit. The hotel is very well maintained, the pool is huge and not too busy (June).

Although the room seemed clean when we arrived, during our stay the cleaning could have been better.

Daniela at reception was excellent as was the maitre d at the restaurant. Meal provision varied and plentiful. Room size very good. Mini train into El Rompido was great. Nearby El Rompido a lovely spot with excellent eateries. Overall a good experience and excellent value for money for a short break.

Although we opted for full board, had this not been the case, kitchenette equipment was a little limited.

The hotel staff is really nice and accommodating. The swimming pools and kids club as well as mini disco for kids were the highlight of the holidays for my kids. Great cleaning team, and very clean studios.

At first we were lodged in an apartment that had some issues (poor maintenance). We raised it to the reception and they were able to have us change apartment the next day. They were very responsive. We could continue to enjoy the rest of very nice holidays

Wonderful stay. Clean apartments, utensils provided. Ask reception for microwave, if you need one. Beds very comfortable. Ample bedding provided. Cooler was efficient. Maintenance very efficient, they responded very quickly when we needed help. Breakfast great, lots of choice. Great kids activities, mini disco and large kids club room. I loved the daily aqua aerobics and water volleyball. Lots of daily activities. Beautiful, clean pool area and gardens, a real oasis. Two large lagoon pools. Staff all great. Fab animation/activities team. Worked so hard keeping us happy and fit! Great for families/children, we had a super holiday. Thank you!

It was all good!

Spotless clean and very friendly staff. Staff cannot be faulted in any way whatsoever. Staff in both facilities, hotel and club, is always fantastic.

I personally prefer the hotel, because it caters for golfers and the "crowd" is different. Rooms appear "warmer" because lighting is with warm light and not the ugly daylight bulbs. In addition the carpet makes in "warmer". I dislike the cold ceramic floors and the faceless design.

Lovely resort with beautiful swimming pools and gardens. Breakfast was great with much choice. Other perks were free underground parking, free little train to take you to the port area and free ticket for the ferry that takes you to the beach. What more can you ask!!

A real gem of a place, great facilities, great staff. We visited with low ocupancy and enjoyed how quiet it was. Great pool, activities for children. Wonderful lunch buffet. We got our apartment very at very low cost for the quality of the resort. Also pleasantly surprised at El Rompido - nice community with restaurants, beach, etc. Beautiful 30 min walk from the resort or you can take the free "train". Boat transfer to the beach included.

Quite long waiting time at check in and at other times. Not sure how it would be when at full capacity.
