great view, everything you could need for a self catering holiday. spotless clean good communication re booking in collecting keys.

No satellite Tv or English channels not even BBC news. No sun beds or chairs to sit around the pool. would of been great if there was a few in the apartment to take down.

Stayed here last year. Great apartment with great facilities. Had an amazing view. Thank you to the reception staff for your exceptional customer service. Location is perfect. Around the corner from the bus stop for Alicante. Several supermarkets, restaurants on the same street. Definitely booking next year.

We have stayed in Gemelos 20 apartments on many occasions,very good apartments,set in a great location,ten minutes from the beach,perfect! Staff in beninter office friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Struggled a bit with my travel plug in sockets ,fortunately there was a very good hair dryer connected to a socket,so good!

We have a had a brill holiday Aircon helped a lot with the heat Beautiful view Highly recommend

Only issue was neighbours upstairs dragging furniture early hours in the morning but with marbel floors its expected

Absolutely everything I could’ve asked for, it was a large space with comfortable rooms, brilliant air conditioning, a great view of the sea and a top kitchen with a huge fridge.

Pool could do with sunloungers but it’s a residential property so I can’t complain

The apartment had a nice clean pool which was regularly attended to during our stay, it was a very peaceful outside space and seemed to be mainly used by people who lived in the apartments rather than holiday stays. Our apartment was clean, spacious and had a balcony which had glazing around so you can enjoy on an evening, it also blocked out any noise from the outside.

None really, the apartment was a little dated, however for price and location I cannot complain.

The apartment was just what we wanted. Great layout with lovely closed in balcony area, nice size bedroom, good sized living room, good bathroom with a great shower. I particularly liked the welcome pack in the kitchen. Easy walking distance to pretty well everywhere in Benidorm. Communication by the company was excellent as they kept us up to date with everything by email, WhatsApp and text messages.

Location was great , had to go back to Benidorm to get my duplicate papers for NIE number 😁 was clean , had everything we needed , WiFi , great Aircon, and the staff were friendly and helpful and the residents were lovely too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Only thing I would say is there was no English TV channels , but wasn't a massive problem as wasn't in the apartment for long as was out most of the time

Did check in on line before we got there, keys in a box and we were sent code on day of arrival. so got straight in to apartment, where everyone else had to wait till check in time later in the day. so easy. Apartment clean and central. Perfect for a great holiday.
