Everything except the room.

The room was quite dark as it faced another building which is close to the hotel - had a room in the back. We asked for another one, but didn't get it. The wardrobe is hung on the wall, which to me it made it impossible to hang a coat, for example, as too high. The facade didn't look like in the advertising pictures in booking.com - no red flowers.

We requested to have our hotel room cleaned every day and to have the towels replaced. It was so nice coming back to a clean and pristine room every day. We also asked the owner (I believe) for wine glasses, which he happily provided. Oh, and of course, the hotel is conveniently located near the beach.

This comes at no fault of the hotel, but guests, please keep in mind that the hotel is located in an area where pickpocketing and theft is highly rampant! Please never leave behind your belongings and make sure your phone is always within your line of sight. Unfortunately, I did have my things stolen.

The hotel is on the Barceloneta peninsula and it is a convenient location to explore Barcelona. The room is not very big but we were out all day so we did not spend a lot of time in it, for us it was only important to have a place for sleeping. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The toilet does not have a wall that separate it from the room but rather a glass wall. The room is cleaned daily, and the towels are also changed daily. The room is equipped with a fridge and tv. Recommended if you are looking for a decent, yet not luxurious accomodation in Barcelona.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was also good. 7-10 min walk to metro station or 2-3 min walk from bus stop. Its 5 min walk to Barcelona beach. Restaurants and shops are nearby in walking distance. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

We got a room in front of the street, with a very nice view. The windows are new with very good sound isolation. The breakfast is very nice with good price. Must try! The location of the hotel is really great.. maybe a bit away from the metro (about 10m walking) but the route to go/return from the metro is so nice that we didnt have any problem with that. The staff very polite, offered us to help when we forgot some of our belongings to the hotel room. Very comfortable bed/pillows. I 'd surely go back again there, in a few years. :-)

The bedroom wasn't so spacious but that's ok.

I particularly liked the location which was a main reason for booking this jotel. it's very close to the beach (5 min walk) and there's also a bus stop closeby. the bus brings you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. the room was clean and simple and the staff was very friendly and helpful. what particularly stood out is that they gave me an upgrade to a room with harbour view and a small balcony even though I hadn't booked it. it's the little things that make a difference. there is also a rooftop on the fifth floor where you can enjoy a drink and look upon the harbour.

overall I am happy with my stay here. minor aspects that could be improved are that the light in the shower is quite low and you could hear when other guests were passing by the room.

Walls were very thin, I could not sleep because of the noise from the neighbors who were watching tv until 2 am

The location is perfect: 1 min by foot from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, the harbor is 2 mins by foot away and the shopping street and city center 15 mins by foot. The room was quite small but very clean and has a little balcony. We did not really care about the size of the room as we were outside the whole day. At first I thought that the room will be very loud at night due to the busy street next to the hotel. This was not the case. The rooftop bar is very impressive and even if the bar is closed, hotel guests can access the rooftop and have their own drinks there at night. The view exceeded my expectations. What is more, the prize is very good compared to other accommodations you get in that area. A few months ago we were in the same area in an apartment booked via airbnb for the same prize, which was not satisfying at all. Other apartments are so much more expensive and do not have the service the hotel provides. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. At first I was insecure and hesitated while booking after reading a few negative comments and non-recommendations. However, I do not understand as the hotel was very good for that prize and did not align with the negative comments.

The room does not have many opportunities to dry your beach towels and swimwear. The walls are quite thin and we could hear our neighbors when they listened to music (this was during the day time only).

Staff were absolutely unreal! Really friendly, polite, great knowledge, spoke excellent English (despite my dreadful attempts at Spanish!) great location, had a rooftop bar, close to the beach, an easy 20 minute walk to gothic quarter, born and 2-3 minutes walk (if that) to any decent food or drink place. Taxi drop off point right outside, near to the metro and other public transport methods too. About £40 to the airport from here.

Walls were paper thin, took a couple of days before we slept well due to very inconsiderate guests, heard everything (literally everything) toilet use, shower use, adult… cuddles? Some more signage from the hotel may encourage other guests to remember they’re not renting an air bnb and to be considerate when having a fumble at 2am on a Monday!

If you are looking for a place by Barceloneta, this is it !! Great price/value. Location is perfect, just by the Marina. Room was functional and confortable, just as described in pictures. Very nice bar and great terrasse with a beautiful view. Most important was the STAFF ! Just amazing ! Not only they were professional and efficient but also super friendly and kind and helped me out with a personal issue. I strongly recommend this place for its location and staff
