It was in the center. Many grocery shops. Good kitchen. Sunny. All necessary equipments. No one bothered us. Good service, quick response, clean apartment. Neighbors were quite, no noise in the evening or in the night. Far away from elevator. It was also a good feeling of safety. Apartment in the center, but you feel safe. Everywhere good locks and security. That was a very big plus for us.

I spent quite a lot of time for preparing everything before check in. We needed to send copies of passports and paid deposit. But I am happy that I could do it beforehand. Thanks to good people that work. Otherwise, I would spend too much time on my first day of arrival to Barcelona. It was a little bit noisy from outside. No dark and thick curtains- people could see us in the evening.

The apartment is in a great location, close to Metro station, Shops, bars and restaurants’ it was extremely clean, and very comfortable. Host communication was excellent, and check in and check out process very easy and straight forward. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. The shower pressure was a great bonus too. Host also provided additional towels.

For us, the only disappointment with this apartment was there was no coffee machine - Either a Nespresso or Dolce Gusta pod machine. But if your don’t drink coffee then we can’t fault this apartment.

We loved the fact that everything was in close proximity of the apartment.

Our overall stay was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was a nice space for two people, equipped with everything needed. However, there were some cleanliness issues: foggy mirrors, a urine smell around the toilet, and a dusty headboard. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint there was a lot of marks on them. It would’ve been nice to have a tv to watch in the bedroom. As frequent travelers and Airbnb hosts, cleanliness is a priority for us. We loved the location and would highly recommend this place. Overall, we give the stay an 8 out of 10."

Very modern clean apartment. Location was great and was a street off La Rambla, so we could walk to all main attractions. Large walk in shower with minor step.

Had to pick up keys from a reception that was 15 mins away, which is manageable but is not practical for some people with heavy suitcases. Had to pay a 200 euro bond even though we had already paid for the entirety of our stay in the apartment. Although apartment gives it back to you after the stay. We also had to throw our own rubbish away in the street bins but no instructions on how to do this was provided until the last day.

Location was excellent, the room comfort, size and kitchen equipment was good, air conditioning very good.Could better match the little things like sugar, salt etc to the length of time someone stays. A map of the area on the table when checking in would be great.

The street noise despite double glazing was quite loud at night , due to bins and street equipment doing their work. The instructions for getting door codes and parking instructions both requiring pre-payment needs to be made much clearer. A clear instruction about doing a 24 hour pre payment for the door and parking may have allowed for better planning for arrival check-in. Some instruction about how to handle rubbish would be useful.

Apartments are in perfect locations, absolutely best location in my opinion, they have a welcoming packages where you can find all amenities that you need for cleaning or personal hygiene. I had the problem that in my original apartment, there was a water leak so they found me replacement apartment soon and really work best, to make my stay comfortable as possible considering the situation. Due to all this moving around on the end, I was in three apartments and I can tell all of them are superb.

Checking procedure is little bit just little bit inconvenient but considering the type of the property it’s okay.

This place clean and comfortable. It’s near subway and casabatllo,casamila,and Sagrada Familia and so on. However,the perfect location and go to easy major tourist attractions. It’s near restaurant,supermarket and carrefour and Druni,ZARA,Mango store

Wi-Fi didn’t work for 2days.The staff didn’t answer the phone on the weekend,so we didn’t use Wi-Fi. Also,Elevator breakdown so we carry the baggages so hard.

Great central apartment with plenty of space. 2 bedrooms apart from each other. master bedroom really big with attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom small with 2 single beds, ideal for children. also there was a second bathroom, which was gret

All good, but be aware that the tube seems to run below the building, which you can feel sometimes.

It is very good location, and safe environment, easy get around by metro. It is very clean, kitchen is useful for us, there are some grocery store near by.

Wish the owner provided paper towels, some cooking supplies such as cooking oil ( they provided 20 cc oil), salt, peppers, sugar etc. provide coffee and tea will be idea. AC was broken, but we did got some discount, but if you go on summer, you really need AC.

Perfect location, everything works, clean, easy, big bad, nice couch. There was tea/coffee/sault/pepper/etc package! Very comfortable.

It took me time to realize that there were outside curtains. Also, if open the window, it's very noisy. WiFi is not too good (it works though). I also didn't like paying the deposit part before getting the codes from the apartment. And there was no proper knife there.
