The location: is excellent. Located in a very nice area with all high end brands near by, attractions, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and laundry are walking distance. Very clean: rooms and overall the hotel. Breakfast: good food but limited. Staff: are very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

The towels need to be upgraded to new towels. The buffet is limited needs more variety but the food is delicious

Ivanna at reception was very welcoming and helpful the morning we checked in. The room and hotel was VERY clean and overall comfortable. Although the room was relatively small, it was well designed for storage. Having the sinks as part of the room was a bit different but didn't really bother us. It made the room appear larger and more open. The rain shower was very good The hotel grounds were very lovely but unfortunately it was far too hot to be able to sit outside and enjoy. One evening there was entertainment in the restaurant which we enjoyed. The location was very convenient to most of the places in Barcelona either walking or by metro. The welcome drink and chocolate was very nice!

Unfortunately there was a constant rumble noise which we later learned was the underground metro. Being a light sleeper this was very annoying. It would probably be better on a higher floor (we were on the 2nd)

The location of the hotel is excellent and we were in walking distance to a huge range of museums, locations, cafes and restaurants. Our room was extremely large, quiet and extremely clean. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is lovely. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Large, comfortable bathroom. The free vouchers for cava was also a lovely touch.

I've stayed in a number of 5 star hotels across the world, and this hotel was definitely not to the same standard (more like a 4 star). Overall the hotel was a very nice 4 star hotel. Our air conditioning in the room did not work properly and this was challenging as the windows don't open in the room either, so there was terrible circulation and no fresh air, especially after showering. Reception looked at the air con twice, but were not able to fix it. The hotel also did not have any fans. The pillows were uncomfortable and the quality of the mattress could have been better, especially as this hotel is rated 5 stars. I would expect a much higher level of bedding for the star rating.

Modern decoration , strong shower, staff, location , easy service .

Poor breakfast & v expensive . No doors sound profs . Coffee machin capsules are not tasty. Minimum staff ( concierge) only one for all rooms . No breakfast service in the room .

What a wonderful experience. First time in Barcelona, and the staff made my mother's and my first time in the city a very comfortable one. Best breakfast spread I have seen in all my travels. Very clean and wonderful staff.

Great location with fabulous rooms…exceptional shower!!!

The location was very good. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby (once we found our way around). The room was spacious and very clean. We like to use small face cloths but none were provided. We did request some and they were kindly delivered to our room. However, we found that we had to continually make this request which was a bit tedious. So we gave up in the end! We liked the lounge/bar area, it wasn’t a massive space but we found it a comfortable area to sit/relax in for a coffee. We enjoyed the pop ups and the DJ.

I cannot say I didn’t like this but I thought I would mention that the pool area was very small. I thought the photos on the website were misleading.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before so I’m familiar. I'm particular about cleanliness and this attacted me the most. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to details. I feel at home in this hotel. Everyone is keen on attending to your needs, they even sent a welcome plate of delicious variety of plated fruits on our first night. Thank you Chamel, Yvanna, Miguel, Rene, Dave, Saad, and everyone whose name I may not have remembered.

All the stuff was excellent and very helpful and polite. ALL of them !!! Breakfast was complete and always fresh and delicious !!! The rooms were more than clean !!

A personal opinion, the Wc in the rooms should have a normal door...

Perfect location close to every important attraction of city center.

As we had a late night flight we ask from the first day keeping our room until 18:00 or having another room for a few hours. Last day they told us that the hotel was over booked but when we offer an extra charge to keep our room suddenly the hotel was avalaible. So we keep our room with the extra charge but this behavior displeased us.
