Great location in San Antoni, which is close to the city centre but feels authentic to Barcelona. Apartment is clean and quiet despite being very close to main roads. Communication with the letting agent is good, but we had no need to contact them during our stay. The only possible improvement would be some bigger cups/mugs, as the apartment has only coffee cups which are a bit small. The outside area is mostly shady. We didn't use it much as the weather was chilly and wet, but anyone expecting to sunbathe may be disappointed. If we return to Barcelona we will definitely choose this place

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect – close to all major tourist attractions, yet in a safe and peaceful part of the city. Plus, it was just a short walk from the metro and grocery stores, which made getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The communication with the hosts was smooth and hassle-free, making our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-maintained and conveniently located accommodation!

Charming and cute appartment in a vibrant but less touristic part of Barcelona. I especially loved the terrace and as a bonus the appartment also has a balcony. I found the matras of the bed quite comfortable. Perfect appartment for solo travellers or couples. Would recommend! When I had a question the team of Aspeisos was allways quick to respond. Appartment is very close to a metro station and furthermore within 30 minute walk of the historic centre.

The only thing that really needs replacement is the sofa. It was terrible to sit on let alone if you have to sleep on it.

Clear instructions for very easy entry to the apartment, sent well in advance. Had everything we needed for a short stay and we really appreciated not having to buy pretty much any household supplies. A lovely apartment in a great location and area. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom and shower were great. Elevator access right to the door, although as usual, there is only a small landing in front of the elevator.

The living room couch was quite uncomfortable (but not enough that we wouldn't stay here again! The price was fair, but not a bargain or anything.

The apartment was beautiful! exceptional facilities and really great location. It was comfortable and felt relaxing and we loved the little balcony, kitchen, multiple bathrooms etc. We had a fabulous stay!

The communication for receiving the keys wasn't great. We hadn't done the final payment, but received an email saying that our reservation was confirmed a few days before arriving. When we arrived there where no instructions on where it told us to find the instructions of how to get in. We where stuck outside the apartment trying to get in. We called the people they where very helpful but it was a little frustrating that they hadn't let us know that we needed to do the final payment and that was why we couldn't get the keys and get into the apartment. The lack of communication before our stay was a little slack. In the middle of the stay our keycards stopped working, which was also a bit frustrating but a very helpful team member helped us fix that.

The position is great, right next to one of the central subway stations that connects to all the main spots of Barcelona. The flat had a lot of natural light thanks to the little balcony, the self check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped. For the standard prices of Barcelona, this was a very good option as price-quality ratio.

Sadly, one of the two keys was not working, so my friend and I had to manage it by having only a key. Nothing that bad though.

it was central and clean but bedrooms were rather small.

the building was a small building and the noises from other apartments could easily be heard. we stayed for 6 nights. we would prefer a towel change and mid cleaning after 3 days. there was not a vacuum cleaner in the appartment.

The place is near a subway stop, at a lively street with many budget options for all types of cuisines. The access to some of the main squares is easy and straightforward. You can walk safely during the late hours of the night. The studio was more spacious than I envisioned from the photos, very calm and perfectly isolating the voices from the outside, it was very clean and with good WiFi connection. The communication with the servicing team was smooth and straightforward and even they went out of their usual routine to fulfill my special request for the invoice for the stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Generally the place exceeded by far my expectations and I will choose it again in a next visit.

We stayed at the beginning of October but still it felt little hot in the bedroom at night. We used the AC all the time there, at summer might be little too warm, especially if a whole family of 4 stays there (there was AC only in the bedroom).

Clean, just at the right location, not at the downtown nor far from reaching downtown. Nearby metro station makes it easy to move around

The location is amazing. Very close to the metro station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to some of the main city attractions. Safe area to walk even at night. Spacious and clean apartment with lots of facilities. We travelled with a 11 months kid and it was great for us, so definitely recommend it for a family vacation.

It was a bit difficult to setup the temperature of the water while taking a shower (it was either to hot or to cold) but you can manage in the end. The rooms were a bit noisy but nothing to bad.
