This hotel is absolutely exceptional. Bit of a long review but hopefully helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and good value for money, we had half board which was brilliant because you could use it for drinks too. The staff were absolutely incredible, especially Fabio who is one of the bartenders - the nicest person and the best cocktails I’ve ever had. He was so passionate about his job and the eco mission of the hotel, he’s an absolute credit to this place, if the big bosses are reading this give Fabio some credit! He’s an absolute legend (as we say in Scotland!) Everyone down to the chefs and the maids were excellent. We loved the special touches of the hotel like the purified water fountains, it saved us a lot of money buying bottled water as it was clean and safe to drink. Our small areas of improvement would be to introduce a curfew on the downstairs restaurant due to noise levels. We were on the ground floor terrace rooms which was perfect as it was right at the pool but also had noise from the downstairs restaurant at night, children running at the pool area past our room and some big groups shouting which was very noisy. We told reception about this and they dealt with it. This was also happening at 11/12pm so not early either. The downstairs restaurant should definitely have some sort of curfew as it did disturb us 3 of the nights. We bought ear plugs due to this, the terrace upstairs is not as noisy. It didn’t ruin our stay as we are young and dont usually care about that sort of thing but something to keep in mind for future. The area is complete relaxation if that’s what your looking for. If you want a touristy place with loads of people trying to sell you things, Callao is the exact opposite. We visited adeje and hated it, the front is like blackpool (if you know you know). If you are going to come here do your research on Callao as a village, as it is small and not touristy one bit.

The bed was super comfy. Both my friend and I had such a good sleep for three nights. Staffs were supportive. All food served in the restaurant was super healthy/wellness. There were not many people in the swimming pool with plenty of sunbed. The pool was clean and well-managed with a dedicated guard. Pool bar was really nice, too. Oh, and I loved ocean beer larger at the restaurant!!

No sound proof- we could hear some loud argument next room at midnight and cleaning noise in the morning around 8am. If the balcony room is the ground floor next to parking lot, I wouldn't recommend to upgrade as it is almost sharing patio.. Not really worth it unless you are a smoker. We didn't know dinner is not buffet but 25Euro limit is given per person. Bathroom's door was not able to be closed completely. So no privacy.......

The location is good for us, about 10-15 mins away from the main tourist areas, so this meant (for us at least) it was better as it was quieter location. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and kind and really made the stay special. The breakfast was also really good and very high quality. the roof top pool had a really beautiful outlook and was a great way to finish the day with a cocktail overlooking the sunset. Really fantastic.

One of the reasons I choose this accommodation was that they advertised heated pools. However I am suggesting there is no way those pools were heated. Almost all the guests were complaining about this, and yes we did swim but it just took forever to get in the water as it was so cold. We travelled in early May. We also paid the extra for a 'swim up' room, however I think they need to change the wording. It is not a swim-up pool so much as a small pool on your balcony area, other hotels call these 'splash pools' or 'mini-pools' so I think that they need to be clearer on both counts. That said we had a great time there and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is brand new and we could only find minor fault that didn't spoil our enjoyment in any way. No information in the room upon arrival: How to use TV, Safe, Air-con, phone reception number, restaurant details, local information etc Gap under bottom of the bedroom door is a quite big, sandy dust blew into room when it was windy as the bedroom door is on an open outside corridor, perhaps fitting a draft excluder to the bottom of the door would be helpful and save the cleaners some extra work.

A modern hotel with clean and well equipped rooms (with an incredibly comfortable mattress!). The rooftop area is amazing, with a bar, plenty of chairs and a pool (there is a bigger pool downstairs). Would definitely recommend watching the sunset there! The breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice. We also really appreciated the water fountains for free water which reduces plastic waste. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Whilst it didn’t bother us as a couple, it’s worth mentioning that the door to the toilet and shower in the room isn’t a “traditional door” that closes fully. It’s a glass door with gaps (perhaps a little awkward for some people).

no basic room amenities such as teapot. I needed to take medicine with hot water but it was huge problem to get it. would be nice to have teapots or cutlery on demand for tired tourists who wants just to stay inside the room rather than going down to restaurant and ask for water. also it was very dusty. room cleaning was not properly done.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool with a bar, gym opens 24 hr everyday, good location at costa Adeje, a lot of free parking space outside the hotel

The soundproof of the door is poor(walls are fine), you can hear when other visitors close their door in the morning. The nice sea view a little bit ruined by the unfinished building beside the hotel.

Smokers on next room balcony. (Maybe put a sign/sticker to each balcony/room to remind the rules) Shower water drainage was not probably correctly built, because water went even to the bedroom floor, when taking a loger shower. We would suggest not to allow play basketball before 10am.

after 2 years of imprisonment this was our first holiday for 2 years. The food was the healthiest I have ever eaten. the staff were all amazing from the reception to the restaurant every single member of staff were like old friends after 10 days. the bar and second pool on the roof watching the sunset was just perfect.

Amazing location and modern and clean rooms in a relaxing spot of North Tenerife. The hotel is modern and noise-free with an emphasis on heathy living. It has several activities and a very nice gym area. We stayed at the swim up room - these are on the ground floor next to the main pool and are in a enclosed section with sun hitting the area in the afternoon, we spent a lot of time just hanging there. Please notice the pool water (at least for the swim-up section) is salty and not heated, this was fine for us but it might catch you by surprise. The hotel restaurant was great, but do not stop yourself from checking around as we found plenty of choices for all budgets. All together we will look forward to visiting again :)

Not the hotel's fault but the (free) beach nearby needs some attention - it is a bit torn down and dirty, likely because the support bar is closed. The swim-up room was great but the pool section itself does not have any dividers between pool segments. While this wasn't an issue for us or our corner room in particular, we noticed some guests thought they would have better privacy and hardly used it at all. I understand why you wouldn't want to enclose the individual pool segments as the actual view is excellent but I would suggest adding a small semi-opaque privacy barrier just a few centimeters high (30?) so that swimming in the pool doesn't land you in view of the other guests. A sunbed in the balcony are would have also been nice, albeit I understand it might be a small space.
