Breakfast was good if you can attend early, or be first commers. If you can't make it very early then you will find some of the normal food items are no longer available to you. Examples Muffins and items similar sweat treats. And the scrambled eggs will be cold same as the bacon and sausages.

The heating methods or warmer trays should be upgraded. Consider a small bar fridge to be installed in the rooms. The Smoking in non-smoking areas, passages and rooms are not acceptable! I did report this matter to the staff without must success. The late night (after 23:00) noises in the passages by inconsiderate youngsters result in unhappyness and might create unpleasant situations.

I am too exhausted due to personal medical reasons to provide a proper review, but I was happy with everything and I would recommend this hotel anytime for people to stay in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was fantastic and I am especially grateful that they catered for our special dietary requirements!!! The beds in the twin bedrooms are very comfortable and I really appreciated that, due to my orthopedic neck, shoulders, back, hip and knee problems.

Nothing, except that there is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to keep showers to a minimum of one minute to one and a half minute. This is unfortunately not possible, since the water that comes out of the shower is extremely cold and it takes about two minutes for the water to heat up. So it is unfortunately not possible to adhere to the request to keep showers as short as possible. It is also a huge waste of water when the icy cold water takes a couple of minutes to warm up and it is something that management should look into to try and conserve water.

We did not have breakfast because breakfast was not included but was an optional extra at R430 per couple, a little steep, I think

The pillows were too soft. Maybe firmer pillows could be made available on request. There was no Bell Boy to assist with our luggage, neither was there a decent trolly to hang clothes. A security graciously assisted us and a gratuity was gladly given to McDonald, the security guard. I only noticed a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance and there are no lifts in the building, the elderly or those with some walking disability can find ascending flights of stair, strenuous. There are no bar fridges on any suite, maybe a bar fridge could be an optional extra at reasonable charge.

The lunch and dinner we got there were excellent, well prepared and so appetizing. Unfortunately, We had thought our package included breakfast, only to be shocked when we got there to be told it's not part of the package. Therefore, we never had any breakfast at the lodge

The perfect location to everything one will need for a beautiful stay. The warm reception of staff and willingness to assist. A beautiful, clean room,awesome breakfast, although a bit pricey,awesome atmosphere of peace and tranquility. It is a perfect safe place for relaxation.i am surely returning soon.Thank you all.

The staff members were welcoming and f iendly. Especially Abongile and Anelisa and the cleaning staff and chefs. They always had a smile and were quick in assisting. I would also like to commend the efficiency from Abongile I didn't know I was booked into the smoking side of the hotel and she managed to change my room with no hassles or complaints.

That there were no water bottles in the room, these come in handy for when we need to take medication.

To be honest me nor my wife can think about something. If I must say something we struggled with that machine where you by chips and chocolates. Our chips did not come out snd we had to call someone. But please i think I told 20 people about you this weekend.

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well.

One could hear every step of the people staying in the rooms above you. It is unfortunately very loud, so if you are a light sleeper, then this would really bother you and keep you awake.
