Had a small issue on Saturday morning booked a table for breakfast the waiter who was writing down names allocated us a table and I asked if I can leave my bag with valuables there while I went to get food he said ok only for some other guests to come occupy the table and my bag was taken to reception. Got to the table it's got someone's food n my bag was missing I panicked only to be told its at reception . It could have ended somehow . The waiter justified by saying no one was going to steal it . And yesterday morning I had a waiter trying to take my plate while I was still eating. Not a big deal as I think he assumed I was done and the place was getting packed .

The whole place was beautiful and stunning. Restaurant was perfect with friendly staff, especially Pascal, Isaac and Alfred. Alfred inform the morning staff of Saturday to prepare our table for breakfast as a group, everything was set up the following day with my surname on it that's made me feel more important 🥰 How can I not mentioning Alfred Mkhize for showing us how to view the whole place until that side of hanging bridge, we experienced all that beauty because of him, he was very good to us🥰🥰 Owh how can I forget Pascal whose been serving us well during dinner on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday, his service was beyond the standard💓💓 The reception staff, wow they were all friendly, Lesedi and Mr Ndlovu who explained very nice how to follow the route when doing hiking as we were all alone and we enjoyed it, the juice and popcorn at reception we enjoyed a lot. They didn't even have a problem of taking pictures there the way they were so friendly 🥰🥰

We also enjoyed playing cricket with the ladies as we were all beautiful in cricket outfit as well as mini golf.🥰🥰The pool was good and clean, we also enjoyed the jaccuzi on Friday night that's when we enjoyed the most as it was working perfect but Saturday it wasn't good, it wasn't hot and we we reported to come fix it, but nothing happened until we leave it and back to our rooms☹️

Everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed here for our wedding and honeymoon. The service is exceptional and food is amazing. The facilities are well kept. Special thanks to the staff for treating us so well. And to our wedding coordinator Cathy and Precious you ladies are stars. The honeymoon suit is an absolute gem and it definitely gave the full honeymoon experience. Loved everything about it. Thank you for accommodating us so well. Choosing Glenburn was the best decision I made for one of the most important days of my life. We love you so much and will definitely be back for anniversaries

We always find Glenburn Lodge convenient when attending weddings in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and relatively spacious. While the property is a bit dated, it’s well maintained and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is consistently good. There was some noise in the passages at times, but overall it was a manageable and enjoyable stay.

We booked a few rooms for family and friends who attended my daughter's wedding in Muldersdrift. The staff of Glenburn was very helpful and accommodating - allowing our guests to book in slightly earlier than expected to accommodate them to be in time for the wedding. The warm and welcoming staff ensured that the overall wedding experience were pleasant and joyful.

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Fantastic breakfast buffet left us spoilt for choice. Light meals provided by the Lairds Inn Bar, served on the patio with excellent views of the garden and hills beyond, were very good value for money. If you’re craving for a pizza, look no further. The vegetarian pizza was one of the best we've had lately. The tranquil surroundings, with walkways and seating areas around the hotel and central dam, gave us plenty of opportunity to relax and de-stress. A visit to the spa was a real treat, further relaxing and enjoying some personal time to be pampered. We extended our stay for a few more days, and the front of house staff were very helpful with specific arrangements such as assistance with wheelchair accessibility, room service, arranging airport shuttle services, and more.

We had a fantastic stay at Gelnburn Lodge and spa. We were a group of 17 with a mix of kids and adults for a kids sports team. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a choice of rooms to suit different budgets, the food was excellent, the facilities were great. There were spaces for us to meet up, there was a sports field for us to practice, and the pool was great to chill out in, there was even a jacuzzi. There were also treatments to help the parents to relax and be pampered. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you

Apart from the beautiful location and relaxing spa massages that we had, I was really impressed by the service we received all weekend from all staff members. It was my sisters 40th birthday and staff members went out of their way to accommodate us by beautifully decorating a table for us. Meals were catered for us as per our special vegetarian dietary requirements. The chefs went out of their way to make each dish creative , with delicious flavours and beautiful presentations.

I just felt the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and didn’t provide much support. They were stuffed with duck feathers that sank to the sides when your head lay on it.

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of value, and I was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff was incredible attentive and make sure our needs are met, Mr Shudu, Mr Andrew and Mr Simon you are the best👍💯. How can I forget the pregnant lady Faith she prepared our table with beautiful deco. The food and restaurant was excellent and the service was wonderful. We grab pack of popcorn for free everytime we came back from activities.The safety is 100%. I had amazing experience at this place and I will definitely visit again.

Please mention your chalets @ Booking.com so that we can choose it especially when we are a big group,we booked 4 hotel rooms because chalets are not mentioned. I was in room 402 the aircon was dripping and it makes lot's of noise, it needs to be fixed. My sister was in room 408 there was a bad smell of drain which it almost rune our stay.
