Very much a you-get-what-you-pay-for hotel, this was great for travelling to/from the airport. I ended up changing plans and arrived early and my room was ready, which was great. Staff were helpful with details of how to get to the airport. Basic rooms, but as expected and a decent size and comfy enough.

There are no plug sockets near the bed for your phone. A slight annoyance when needing an alarm. Also no hairdryer, but I hadn't checked the amenities list and possibly available if I'd asked at reception.

Great location for airport travel. With minimum luggage, easily walkable between the airport an the hotel with a sidewalk. Not recommended by staff for night walking for general safety. Uber is readily available and used for both downtown ravel and luggage to airport. Basic accommodations but clean and staff very helpful and accommodating such as luggage storage when we took a tour for a few das and returns to stay again on return.

Very safe to stay for an international traveller when arriving late leaving early with its proximity to the airport. The friendly staff, complimentary wine & snacks on arrival. Quiet considering location. They seemed to locate us in the premises based on our checkout time as they knew we were leaving very early. 24 hours gate operator. The service was brilliant.

The drain in shower was blocked & I accidentally flooded the bathroom.

There is NO shuttle service as you have advertised. Management told us they have told you repeatedly that there is no shuttle yet you still advertise it. South africa is a very dangerous country so things like shuttle services should be accurately advertised.

Close to airport. Nice room, lovely breakfast. No restaurant nearby. Whole site is fenced in very securely.

No hair dryer in room, ask at reception.

The hotel is very central and perfect location for the stay in CT.

We asked for two beds and there was only double beds available. A bit uncomfortable for two guys travelling for training.

We stayed one night before our early morning flight. The room and bathroom was small but suitable, and served the purpose. The staff was very helpful in arranging our shuttle to the airport. Check in was very easy and the staff very friendly.

Just a five minute walk from the airport!

Only 5 minutes, but would not walk it at night. The walking path between the terminal and the hotel closes at night, and then you have to make a detour!

The room was neat, small but fit for purpose. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The location is excellent because the airport is within walking distance. Cape Town traffic is often congested. The location eliminates stress .
