Good communication with the owner , gave specific directions from the N1 with a map included, clear check in and check out instructions via whatsapp. The room and bathroom were clean. Quality cutlery , plates and cups. Coffee, tea and milk available in the room. Bedding neat and clean. Ceiling fan and aircon in the room. Adequate plugs and 2point plugs for charging your phone. Safe parking with access control gate. Safe to go out to your car at night. Shower not big, but sufficient with shower gel and a nice shower head.

There was nothing that I was not happy with.

I would say for the price, it was worth it for a group, I wasn't expecting house keeping but there it was and was very impressed. The location was good, not far from the nearest mall and the university of Free State where we ought to be for graduations. On that note we didn't struggle to get anything. As for privacy I will say other wise especially for couples or romantic vacation,because you literally hear everything the other person is doing in the other room. But as for us it was just perfect 👌

Lovely centralised place. Owner was brilliant and accommodating. Trustworthy owner. We left our laptop in the room. The owner contacted us to inform us. She made sure we got our laptop safe. I would definitely stay in this lodge again. Clean facilities and lovely friendly warm staff too.

Everything really. The room we were in with my family had a lot of space, was nicely organised. It was really great.

Because I was graduating in UFS and I needed to be there most of the time to prepare well for my grad, I felt like it was too far but nonetheless I have nothing to complain about.

The room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and very spacious. My only complaint, and this is only because I like 2 cups of coffee - one at night and one in the morning - was that I would have preferred to have a bit more milk at the coffee bar.

The place was well maintained. The room was well maintained and clean. Although it seems that all the rooms was booked, it was quiet and peaceful. Will recommend your place to all my family and friends. Ps..thanks for the milk..forgot to by milk ,then I found a milk in the fridge. AWESOME thanks again for a nice stay

The location of the bnb is a bit far it needs someone who is mobile. Also, I would like to recommend that they try and change the shower doors and make them slide perhaps....

The staff welcomed us with so much kindness and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The owner showed us where everything was located in the room and had a list of restaurants.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful. Great stay with great staff. I recommend this guest house to anyone.

Everything was wonderful, no bad remarks

The room was compact, clean and the heater was on when I arrived, this was good as it was cold. The room while small had everything needed for a comfortable night sleep.

There was no human contact. All done online and through WhatsApp. Missed the human touch. Also would've like a microwave to heat the takeaway I bought, as it was cold by the time I had booked in.
