Beautifully maintained, perfect gardens, constantly cleaning, lovely room, great food almost always and a great spa with lovely staff in it. So much better than I imagined or. How it appears on the website. Wish we could have stayed longer but fully booked. We felt safe and well looked after here. The quality of this hotel turned our soccer trip for our son into a beautiful holiday.

While the food was excellent overall, sometimes the same meal wasn’t quite to the same standard. Different sauce on the fish than the menu said and what had been served and endless beans that were tough. Overall we had many excellent dinners but two meals towards the end were a let down.

Very quiet and relaxing place in the middle of the very busy and noisy city center of Honiara. Close to shops, Telecom, Post, and a very nice and local eatery: Palm Sugar. We really enjoyed the well sized pool and the very curated garden. Staff is lovely and helpful.

Although the standard is international and reasonably high - but not luxurious- we felt it was no good value for money. More expensive than a luxurious modern room in the Melbourne CBD. Same for the food. And over disconnected from the local cost of living.

Our room was comfy and clean with a wonderful close-up waterfront view from the deck. Being on the top floor with no elevators wasn't an issue, the staff helped us carry our many suitcases up and down the stairs. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the location is great, central to everything.

As other reviewers have mentioned, it's pricey.

Location close to the museum and art/craft market, and other hotels/coffee shops was good and easy to walk to. Room was comfortable and clean. Meals were good and staff always friendly and professional.

Over our 5 mornings we never had hot water for showering (tepid at best) did manage hot water on two early evenings. The Tv operating control was challenging to master, but we did figure it out eventually.

Excellent service, friendly staff and meticulous rooms. Loved the pool too! So great to relax and cool off after a busy day.

It would be great if the hotel could clean up the neighboring little beach near the pool. It's only small but covered in plastic bottles. I also wonder if instead of offering free plastic bottles of water, you could do a glass jug instead. Thanks for considering this!

This is a really lovely hotel. An oasis in a busy city. The garden is beautiful, and the pool area looks out over the ocean. A lovely place to sit of an evening. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything works. The wifi was consistently good. I have work coming up over the course of this year, and look forward to coming back.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The towels are plush! And the staff so friendly! The restaurant at The Terrace was lovely! Just wished I’d had a toaster in my room, as I’m light breakfast eater so always bring bagels and cream cheese with me!

Great location, facilities, dining experience and in general the staff was super friendly.

The front desk is nice but the have no idea about anything outside the hotel. Either the hotel hires someone as a concierge to help guests or they team up with a local travel agency.

Excellent location located within easy walking distance of the museum, port and many businesses including a great restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. And the grounds are quite pleasant.

The price is a bit steep considering what other accommodations in the area are charging, but we didn’t get a chance to check them out.

Restaurant wasn’t to my taste, but there were many options right next to the property. No elevator, and we were in the 3rd floor. Not a problem, but we had heavy luggage.
