Location close to town even if next to ferry/cargo terminal but that said it was very quiet as there was little traffic, especially after 21.00pm. The coffee served by the bar staff at breakfast was very good.

I felt the hot food choice at breakfast was limited and was always lukewarm or overcooked with just those tiny frankfurter style sausages and rather sad looking fried eggs. Other wise best to stick to bread rolls and toast as there were no croissants for example. I would have preferred a proper (thin) duvet rather than these two separate little coverlets that you cant tuck in on a double bed, bizarre but maybe a local thing. I arrived back at the hotel at sometimes 20.00-22.00 and it looked like the place had shut down with no staff available or bar open for example.

Good location away from the center with friendly and warm staff and wonderful breakfast with delicious coffee. Great idea with keyless entry and a very cool historic building. Was able to borrow an iron and ironing board. Comfortable bed, had to keep curtains closed because the patio is shared and noone wants to see this body at this age 🤣

Having gold & black fixtures show ... everything. Everything must be impeccably clean. No parking (we got a tourist park pass and this can also be done on EasyPark app). Some fixtures in the room need fixing (towel hanger. shower head holder). All in all it was a great hotel and we would stay again.

Lovely location, very quiet, exceptionally clean, well appointed room. It is an online check-in process which is a bit impersonal but you'll need the entry code and room door code which will be emailed to you when you've received an email from the hotel in the morning or via the booking.com app. Saw absolutely no one else (staff or guests) during our whole stay. Did not pay 15 euro each for breakfast...lots of other options available in Koper. Very easy walk into Koper, but I'd try to avoid days when the humongous cruise ships are in dock...the quiet little town gets really busy!

The room was cleaned daily and spacious. I had a veranda which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good power. Breakfast was excelant, pleanty on offer to cater i would say most options. They even opened it early for us, as we had to leave daily for work

We had to park up the road and pay by the week. The walk was f ine and we were lucky with the weather, but if it had been raining for our stay, i could see us arriving at our place of work and be soaked through.

Warm cozy and modern rooms, great structure and design, lovely renovations. Super clean. Self access via door codes, no key pick up required. Choice of lift or stairs - we love stairs! Bathroom supplied with towels, hand towels, bath mat and face washers! It is so rare to get all of these! Separate toilet another rare and welcome find for a couple. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, proper bins. Lovely breakfast with barista coffees. Would stay again, the love and attention to detail is obvious!

The location is absolutely perfect, offering convenient access to the beautiful coast and the vibrant heart of the city. The rooms are nicely decorated, blending modern comfort with unique, stylish touches that truly enhance the overall ambiance. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its excellent staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

For a boutique hotel, I expected a higher quality meal. Instead, the food was very average, mostly consisting of supermarket-brand products. There were no hot options, and the overall selection was underwhelming. Given the price point, the breakfast felt absolutely overpriced and did not meet the standards one would expect from such a lovely establishment.

Clean, good location, friendly staff. The breakfast was also quite delicious. Drinks to choose from, breads, meat spreads, eggs, bacon, yogurt, oats and coffee. Very satisfied

Could have used some extra linens and the A/C had a mind of its own, got quite hot overnight but nothing some open windows couldn’t fix. Would have been nice to have bug screens on windows to avoid mosquitos while cooling the room.

Everything was great... including room and breakfast and specially proximity to the city center... We loved the idea to be out of noise, but close to the old town and close to the city and peer and all activities going on...

We got a parking ticket by stopping for 5 minutes in a nearby parking. like somebody will be waiting for us... really pity as we needed to bring the baggage in and we were not present at a car for few minutes only... Municipality guys doing robbery...

We love the design, tasty breakfast, location and friendly staff of this property. We stayed here before and it is fantastic for exploring Koper. Plus they have a wine bar too!

Overall a great stay but we saw cleaning is a bit sloppy somewhere - spider nets in corners, dust on lights. Everything easily solved with a bit more attention to details.

Cozy, modern room. We booked the one with patio, which is big enough, but 2 rooms are sharing it. Although at the time no-one was in the other one so we could enjoy to ourselves. We booked it on the day, quite late, when there was no reception anymore and no information on how to get in, but after I gave them a call I received all the information immediately in a message. Really good breakfast with lots of options. They also have vegan milk alternatives. Close, walking distance to the beach and the centre.

In the toilet if we turned on the light dust was coming out of the air circulating system (not sure of the correct word) from the ceiling. So we just used it without the light 😅 And although the description doesn't say free parking but it states parking and doesn't clarify that it does not belong to the hotel. We expected a private parking but it's not the case, it's the public paid parking of the street, and it's expensive.
