The apartment was well equipped, clean and the landscape from the apartment was so beautiful.

There was a construction during our stay from 8 am till 3-4 pm... it was noisy, and we didn't know any information about it when we made our reservation.

new apartment hotel in Strbske Pleso. Nicely located (and quiet) with a parking spot (allotted to each apartment) so no stress to find a spot. Big enough room, new bathroom (unfortunately one without a washing machine) and a nice little kitchen with all the utensils you need. Breakfast was in the adjacent hotel and more than sufficient in choice and variation over the days we stayed there.

Check-in was laborious and took way too long. It is also unclear where you need to go as the reception is at the back of the hotel. where it is also difficult to park your car... Luckily after the check-in, all positives.

It was MAGICAL! Everything matched and promised a great vacation! Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

Had a nice view from balcony, location amazing! Apartment building is very fresh and brand new- really impressive! Parking lot was quite narrow and if some of neighbours parks on lines - it complicates the situation. Staff at front desk was not very interested to show arround on a map, but it was ok as we did our homework.

Everything was great! Modern, clean and well equipped apartment. The bed was really comfy also! Great location near the main resort section (south of the lake) and a short walk to the north of the lake. Parking was easy to get to with a space allocated for every apartment (rare to get elsewhere) and spaces plenty big enough.

The only negative I can think of is that the spa facilities are not included when booking so you have to pay extra, but the price is 20 euros per person for 2 hours. This seems expensive

We had a apartment on 4th floor with wonderful view of the mountains. It was very clean, comfortable bed,quiet area,on the other side of the building there is a beautiful lake. I reccomend Monte Mory cafe.it is 10 minutes away from the hotel on foot. They serve delicious coffee, tea and cake for good price. It is located on the hill with wonderfull view.

better messaging about the fact that the reception is on the other hotel - we found it out only after arriving and reading the small note on the door no lobby and no hotel facilities

Excellent apartment for a family! A lovely view from the window of the treetops and small lake. A center of restaurants and an exit to hiking trails nearby in a short walk, and also near a train station for those who need it. 5 min walk to Štrbské Pleso. We were with a car and we got underground parking, it helped us a lot on the rainy days. Excellent equipped kitchen, you can really cook. There is everything you need: a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a stove and a microwave, every day they make sure to empty the bins. A luxurious and spacious bathroom, excellent water flow. It was warm and pleasant, a good and quiet atmosphere. Thanks!

The room was very nicely furnished with pleasant and calming colours, it was cosy but spacious enough for our child to play. The view was amazing - it felt as if we were directly in the nature. I really loved the stay. It was also very quiet, it felt as if we were alone in the building.

We were at the top floor and the balcony had no roof so we mostly could not use it due to rain. The AC was only in the main room and did not seem sufficient - we were directly under the roof (luckily opening the balcony worked most of the time). We requested a highchair and did not get it nor did we get any feedback about it. The shower drain was partially clogged.

Super comfortable and clean accommodation, the bed was very comfy and the entire suit was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was also very good.

Our balcony unfortunately was facing the parking lot and the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear other people yelling or partying in other apartments at night.
