Great value for money – the price was very fair for the comfort you got. Convenient location – just a 20-minute drive to all the attractions. Friendly staff – they were helpful with packages and quick to fix small issues. Good facilities – nice bar, plenty of parking, and a standard Fairfield breakfast (exactly what you’d expect). Comfortable stay – even though the hotel is a bit secluded, it felt worth it for the price and peace.

The common areas weren’t maintained as well as they could be — the elevator floor, in particular, was consistently dirty and gave a poor first impression. Overall cleanliness in shared spaces felt overlooked, which didn’t match the otherwise comfortable stay. The food, while acceptable, could use improvement. Breakfast was standard but felt repetitive and lacked variety, and some items could have been fresher or better presented.

The breakfast was one of the best from previous hotels we've been too. The bed was SUPER comfortable, one of the best; might help there's a mattress store right next door. We came mainly for a concert at Red Rock amphitheater which was about a 10 min drive. In our off time we found multiple things to do near by including Hines lake, a nice bar to play billiards/darts and a couple of mini golf courses. This town has nearly everything you could think of. I also liked that our street didn't have as much heavy traffic. I would def come back again.

I can't think of anything. I do recommend a alternative milk for the morning breakfast but very minimal.

Front desk staff upon check in was great. When asked about a Mail Drop the 2nd day, the young woman had no idea what I was talking about, had never heard of it. We checked in on April 5, 3024 to the Littleton CO location. The going woman on front desk duty was professional and helpful. The same position and characteristics was not true on the subsequent 4 days we were there. The breakfast hostess during our visit was friendly, on the ball!

Don’t let people exit through pool area. Several times floor was very wet & dangerous, no warning orange cones or signs. The cement height outside the pool exit is very high; dangerous especially in the dark. I fell, scraped both knees and my hands. No signage, markings or railings at all!

This hotel actually exceeded my expectations for how reasonable the price was. It was about 15ish minutes away from the Red Rocks venue entrance (where the like actually started), which was perfect for our Ubers. The room was super clean, beds were comfy, and size was spacious even after the pullout couch was made. Definitely planning on staying here for future shows

Convenient location to red rocks and Denver. The room was a good size with everything you might need.

Had to check in twice. Showed up 1 hour early, went through the whole process of checking in only to be told there were no rooms available. Breakfast ran out of coffee two days in a row.

This lcoation used to have a great breakfast - mini quiches, croissant sandwiches, fresh fruit etc. but none of that has been offered in the past few times we have stayed there this summer. Just greasy sausage patties, rehydrated egg mix, there wasn't even any cheese to put on the egss, but there were a couple of mini muffins, bagels etc. It would be nice if they could bring back the breakfast choices they used to have.

Elevators were dirty, beds were made in a hurry and looked like they had already been used - very wrinkled sheets and pillow, loosely tucked, elevators were dirty, bathroom mirror had splatter all over it, shower doors smeared/not cleaned.

Overall facilities, including fitness suite and separate pool, in a clean and contemporary modern hotel

That there was no bar or restaurant availability on the Monday night I stayed! I was casually informed by the receptionist when, asking what time it opened after early evening workout and swim, that the restaurant isn't open on a Sunday and Monday despite there being no mention of this on the website...

The building was nice and new and clean for the most part. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening after hiking. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfy. I liked the walk-in shower

My single complaint is the bathroom not being very clean, the floor was dirty (bits of tissue or toilet paper, hair and a disposable contact container,etc) and hand prints on the shower door. The counter top, sink and towels were clean though

We were pleased that there were three separate beds, including the sofa bed. The lounge area in the entrance was nice. Good that there was a gym, which I used, and a pool, that I didn’t use.

A nice place with plenty of parking around the hotel. The place was quiet and not a lot of commotion going on.

Staff took a minute to help us at the front desk however. Not insanely long but just long enough for us to notice it was taking a minute.
