The staff were extremely helpful in making sure our requests were met. The complimentary cookies at the front desk are a nice touch and were appreciated.

The road that accesses this hotel is unpaved and full of potholes. Maybe it is beyond the control of the property, but it would surely be nice to not have to dodge potholes necessitating a very slow entrance into the hotel. The breakfast offerings have definitely decreased from our previous stays at this particular hotel.

I was cautioned Williston has some shady areas but this hotel is well lit and in a good part of town. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

The remote control wasn't working properly. The front desk clerk couldn't get it to work either, so she tried a different control that seemed to work -- but even it stopped working by the end of the evening. Might be time to look into simpler/more reliable technology?

We have stayed here several times since this hotel has opened and have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and complimentary breakfast is good. Its location is great for our needs as it isn't located in the busy business district.

The lone ice machine was down, but at least had an icecube tray in the freezer. Considering the heat outside, it would have been a bonus if they had other ice options available.

I intentionally reserved a room with two queen beds. We have stayed here twice before. 1st time I chose two queen beds and was very satisfied with the room. The 2nd time, I booked a king sized bed only. Room felt a little cramped. Booked a double queen suite and loved the room. Bedroom was separate from the rest of room which had a kitchen area (small fridge, dishwasher, cupboards, small table, couch, chair, and TV). Beds were very comfortable, adequate amount of towels. We stayed for 3 nights and did not need to ask for anything.

We found a used towel hanging on the bathroom door when we checked in. Something easily missed by the person cleaning between patrons. My only complaint is the amount of long black hair left in the tub and evidently on the shower curtain. Kept finding hair for two days. We were there for 3 nights. I think the previous occupant left this all behind. I didn't like it, but didn't entirely fault the cleaning staff. The only thing that they maybe should have done was to change out the entire shower curtain between occupants.

The staff were friendly and offered a great dining suggestion. The breakfast was wonderful.

There was a problem with the bathroom sink and the tv but these were reported to management at checkout.

Quiet,clean and pleasant. I never have any complaints when I stay here. It's always good.

Breakfast quality has gone down which is disappointing for me. I was also disappointed to see the switch to Dove brand products in the room. I much preferred the previous brand.

Unpaved, muddy, potholed road into the property. It’s only 60 yards, but needs pavement!

We took a 2 week road trip across the US on Hwy 2. This hotel was by far the best and one of the least expensive. We wished we could stay longer. The staff were very customer service oriented. A pleasant change from some of the other hotels we had encountered.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality, room temp, shower temp, bed.

Honestly everything was fine, sheets probably could of been of better quality but that's no big deal.

The room was great,small kitchenette with all the utensils, comfortable couch and great bed. The breakfast was good and the laundry was free!!

Nothing I didn't like.
