I liked the free airport shuttle. I called the hotel from baggage claim and someone was there to pick me up within 10 minutes. The gentleman was helpful and friendly. The young lady that shuttled me to the airport was nice, but not as helpful until I asked for help with my luggage. I also like the gym. It was small, but had the treadmill I needed to do my morning jog. There were towels and water in there for use. The breakfast was the usual hotel menu, and it was hot and well stocked.

My air conditioner spewed out some noticeable particles. The room was warm when I arrived, so I put the air on before going to sleep. When I woke up, I noticed particles on the floor near the a/c unit.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good staff.

The halls and the elevator smelled like cigarettes or Marijuana. Inside the room you could listen to all the noise from outside like the car, airplanes, and people walking and talking in the hall inside of the hotel. There were also some floorboards lifted.

The shower was wonderful. The shower hear was powerful and the stream of water steady. The glass door fixtures were an amazing touch. We were offered our choice of floor and there was a cart to transport our bags. The room was very clean and modern! Breakfast was good. The location is AMAZING!!!! There are two gas stations adjacent to the hotel and Tanger is directly across the bridge. The spa was good. We went during the day so had it to ourselves.

The spa could have been a tad hotter, but it was still wonderful! We had to wait to check in because the guy that does check in was picking up a guest from the airport. She let us know, however, that the guy was on his way back from the airport. We also couldnt get through when we called to the front desk. No biggie, as the staff seem nice and laid back. It was still a wonderful stay!

Overall the property was quite decent. There was some construction going on, however it did not interfere with my stay. I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms. The shower was everything. The breakfast was even decent. The homemade waffle was my go to. Morning staff (lady) was very polite and professional. Location was good as it was near many stores, restaurants, and shopping centers.

The pool needs to be cleaned and the pool area also needs some type of air circulation in that area even if it’s just a few windows to outdoor air. A lil more variety with breakfast would be nice, such as the availability to sausage and bacon. One of the night staff males had the worst nonchalant attitude there was.

I stayed at this location in Jan 2023 for a week and everyone was so nice that when work scheduled another week down in GA I didn’t even hesitate to book here again! It’s nestled right off the road, but far enough away from I-95 that you don’t have to worry about lights and traffic noises, but it’s close enough to both the airport and all the restaurants/stores on Pooler Parkway that you don’t feel like you’re trekking forever for food and things!

There didn’t seem to be any operating vending options so you needed to make sure you brought drinks and snacks in ahead of time!

The room was spacious and clean. THE ROOMS AND HOTEL ARE NOT THE SAME AS PICTURED! Attached pictures. However, it’s even upgraded. It looks like they got a remodel and everything was nice and clean, new up to date modernness. Bathroom showers were clean and marbled. Would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast was mediocre but still edible lol. They didn’t have much grab and go items or heat up items. They did have biscuits and gravy (just eh), bacon and eggs (also eh). There needs to be more seats in the pool area. But our room was great!!

Just do something for TV setups there is option for casting TV with any devices but it's not working. If that will work then it'll be great stay there. Please do something for casting TV with device.

Property was close to the Savannah airport. We were able to use the shuttle for an early morning flight

I had requested a shuttle for 5 am but never received a response so I presumed that the request would be honored. When I checked in and mentioned the need for a shuttle at 5 am I was told that the shuttle wasn’t operating until 6am. Luckily our flight was delayed so we were able to make our flight using the 6 am shuttle.

I loved that this properties was so clean. My biggest concern for hotel stays is cleanliness, above all else. Hotel was clearly going through a renovation (they had dumpster in back with apparent old furniture and decor). It was clean and modern.

The only think I wasn’t super found of was that breakfast was the exact same thing every morning. On the plus side, it was hot breakfast that was good. it consisted of eggs, waffle maker, bacon, biscuits, and the usual cereal, bagels, bread, oatmeal packets and drinks.

I loved how to pool was open until midnight! The front desk people were very warm and welcoming! Plain breakfast selection but I could tell the blueberry muffins were made with love! There was also a beautiful yellow circle light lamp in our room for pics.

Although you cannot really fix this, the view out of my room was not good. It was blocked by the top of another roof.
