The motel was easy to find and well maintained. We appreciated being given early access as we had to get ready for a wedding. The room was spotless, bathroom recently renovated and there was ample provision of tea/coffee/sugar/milk & even biscuits. The beds were a little high but very comfortable with clean linen. The TV was huge 🙌🏻. Everything we needed for a place to sleep and shower overnight. Would book again when visiting the area. Undercover parking next to our room was a bonus in the wet weather we experienced

The location was the main reason for booking the Ulladulla Motel as it was so easy to walk into town and explore all the different shops and of course popping into the old Marlin Hotel for a thirst quenching ALE! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The rainfall shower head was a treat and the tea/coffee facilities were adequate.We look forward to staying there again on our travels. Thank you SINCLAIRS

There was nothing we didn't like other than I would have loved to stay a couple of more days BUT the spouse had to get back to work.

This was a small motel we booked belatedly in peak season. Room was recently renovated including bathroom. Good size shower space. Huge TV and good bench/kitchenette space. Although near the road there was not much noise. Easy walk into town for cafes, restaurants etc. Close to a small beach and nature trail area

There was no toaster available for breakfast and there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. It was ok in the evening. Not sure if it just run out with everyone showering in other rooms??

Very nicely appointed room. We were pleasantly surprised about how spacious it was, with a nice lounge dining, full sized kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. It was a perfect cosy home away from home.

We had a little hiccup with the machine that issues the keys. It wasn’t working properly and we had to ring for assistance. This was just something minor though - it was fixed promptly and one of the owners checked in to see if we were happy later that day.

Location was excellent. The room was comfortable.

On the day of my arrival, I was told there was a requirement of $150 security bond deposit. This was not communicated to me when the booking was made. Furthermore, the bond still hasn't been returned to my account after 6 days of vacating the room. There was no room in the carpark to park my vehicle. That was disappointing.

The location was great. It was very clean. Management was extremely helpful from the start, then after I got home I discovered that I had left a pair of runners there and management tracked them down for me and got them back to me as soon as possible. I was extremely grateful for all the effort made. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great.

The bedroom and bathroom were quite small without any space in the bathroom for anything that isn't already there. But it works once you get used to it.

Spotlessly clean, a very comfortable room with a large bathroom, No. 6 from memory. The room is accessible for easy access. Very quiet in spite of close proximity to the Princes Highway, but on a block elevated above the road. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Automatic check in worked well, follow directions provided by the Motel prior to arrival.

Location is good, just a short walk along the seafront to the centre of town.

We paid for the room through Booking.com and were told we would be sent a PIN to access our room key. We stated our arrival time as between 1400 and 1500. When we arrived at 1400 there was nobody in the office despite a sign on the door that the office was manned from 1400 onwards. We went away and had lunch and returned just after 1500 with still nobody in attendance. We called the number on the door and were told that they were actually in the office, but at another location?? When we asked for the PIN , we were told we had to pay another $150 security deposit, which would be refunded to our card within two or three days. We approved the extra charge and the refund has taken three days to be refunded.

Generally it's good for our purpose to stay - midway motel. Checking in after working hour, so doing a telephone contact with the office. Staff is kind and tells us everything we need to know.

There are still something lower than expectation. the two bedroom unit is close to the entrance of motel, not quiet enough and enough privacy I think. And the two single beds are extremely small, easy to move, like you are sleeping on a floating pad:)
