Very nice room, nice accommodations, nice amenities (pools, hot tub, on site restaurant). Really nice stay. There were nice toiletries provided. We rented the largest room they have, a 2 bedroom suite. It had a king suite with connected bathroom with a spa tub and shower. It had a full kitchen, complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and the cookware and dishware anyone could need. There was also a stacked washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds. The other bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and shower. There was also a 2nd living area with a kitchenette.

We rented what we were told was the nicest room. It was a 2 bedroom suite. Nice king suite with connected bathroom with a spa tub. The only issue we had was the drain in the spa tub in the master bedroom wouldn't drain, so couldn't take a bath. Another minor issue, it would have been nice to have an elevator to carry our stuff up in.

Staff was incredible, personable and quick to answer and help with any questions. They made the entire experience memorable and made up in what the facility lacks

Facilities did not look like the pictures. I had to check in across the highway from my room (thankfully I had a friend to drive me and didn’t uber and get dropped off and need to walk across the highway with my bags. this wasn’t disclosed prior). The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the room across from me breathing, especially since my room was quiet since the TV didn’t work

1: Not enough kitchen gadgets 2: Furniture was dated 3: The door that was between our room and the next room was constantly trying to be opened. You can hear everything through the door which to me is considered not secured and was echoed into our room. That made me feel unsafe . 4: Not enough garbage cans I found 2. One by the splash pad and one by the entrance. There is one in each pool area. But I walk my dogs around and have to look for someplace to dispose of waste...I did see a dog area which is great...just not for my dogs. 5: need more lounge chairs in the pool areas. There is not enough and people saving their chair early should not be allowed

Staff was very nice.

First room was not cleaned, second one was not written correctly on paper and could not find it. Finally got into room. Was nice until we cooked dinner then the glass baking dish exploded everywhere. They gave us vouchers for the restaurant for the next day but that didn't help with dinner so we had to go through a drive through, finally at 930 at night. There were others having some of the same issues in which the person ahead of us was assigned a room that was already occupied.

The staff was awesome couldn't do enough to help us.

The room was musty, the toilet handle was messed up, the microwave didnt work right . The clock was messed up and turntable didn't work. The bed was not very comfortable.

This property was absolutely fantastic! The check in was fast and easy. Every single staff member we encountered was unbelievabley nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The property itself was very clean too. Even the bathrooms at the pool. We were closest to the main pool. The pool was beautiful. Several chairs open no matter what time of the day we went. Bartenders were funny and welcoming. We loved this property and would absolutely recommend it to others. Centrally located for dining and shopping.

If I had to say one negative thing about this property it would be the weird conjoining door. Apparently it used to be a time share and for larger families that door would be unlocked. We could hear the other family which was a little uncomfortable. They said they were working on fixing that.

The suite was amazing for the price. It’s older but still nice, very clean, and had everything we needed that they said it would. The jacuzzi tub was my favorite! Anytime I had to call staff for anything, they were on top of it immediately. Front desk customer service was so nice and personable. It was close to where we needed to go back and forth to, has every type of store you need close by, including leisure activities as well. We would definitely book it again.

The facility and room was very clean. The jet tub in our room worked. I did not see any bugs The staff is very nice and considerate. The people vacationing was so polite and engaging. Stores and restaurants are not far from the facility. They are in walking distance, about 15 minutes. I enjoyed my stay. I will vacation at Legacy again.

The only thing I did not like was the joining room connected to our room. It was locked. We had our room two days before the other couple got the joining room. You can here them like they were in your room. I put a towel up against the door. It helped a little. They could not be heard in the bedroom with the door closed I think that a sound proof door with no space underneath need to be put up so you can not hear the other party in your room.

It was clean and well laid out. Great location. Loads of cable channels for whole family to choose from. AC and heat worked well!

We booked for a 14-night stay, but we were given one dishwasher pod, 2 garbage bags, and one Tide pod. Spending $3600+ Cdn on accommodations, chosen over a regular hotel so that we have these added amenities, I would suggest to base the cleaning supplies on the length of stay and size of the party, etc Also, I would love a higher grade of toilet paper and kleenex.

I love how they had different activities to do and a bar, a fitness center, pools and jacuzzis in every area. I love the fact that they had a washer & dryer and a full kitchen, and a patio.

I didn’t like how the entryway and roads had potholes, those need to be fixed. The sliding door that lead to the patio needs to be aligned so that it slides properly. I didn’t like that the water pressure wasn’t strong enough, it was like the water was misting instead of it coming out like a sprinkler.
