Pool is so small and just 3ft. Parking lot is so full and inconvenient all the time.

I loved that there was 8 floors. I like being high up. I do wish we had a better view though. But I was still happy with what we had. Love the hot tub the water in the other pool is a little cold but still enjoyable.

I didn't care for the bedspreads on the beds. They were in terrible condition and most uncomfortable. And I wasn't happy that our reservation didn't come with the continental breakfast.

For the price, the rooms are a great value. Very clean, beds are decent, very good water pressure, it's a very nice room for the price

The walls are paper thin. There was a family in the hall outside our room shouting and cussing and screaming at their children for a solid 90 minutes at 1 am. If you have to have sleep/get up early to commute home, I highly recommend ear plugs or stay somewhere else. Other than the walls being paper thin, I can't say enough good things about this place. The parking lot is extremely sloped and is difficult to walk on if you are injured or have sensory issues with steep inclines. The back parking lot is not bad at all. Over all, it's a lovely hotel and worth a visit.

The staff that helped us was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, and the bed was very comfortable.

When I booked it, it had the green sticker that breakfast was included. That is one of the reasons why I booked it. And they had it available for extra charge. Not really included. 😕 Other than that everything was great.

Location was great, the rooms we spacious and the beds were comfortable. Black out curtains allowed us to sleep late

The furniture in the room was very dated and the sofa and chairs were not comfortable to sit it.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Thousand Hills resort. We always visit during the holiday season as we enjoy the shopping and Christmas shows. Both trips the rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Location is perfect for shopping and conveniently located for most all of the shows. The breakfast buffet is typical hotel fare. It was hot and there was plenty to eat. The breakfast staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! We ordered a pizza from the restaurant and bar area on the lower level that was exceptional! Plenty of parking, 4 elevators in the lobby and very reasonable rates makes this hotel a win win for your next Branson experience. We are already rebooking for next year as we travel home !

Rooms could be soundproofed better. tub didn't drain well, only received one complimentary bottled water per person for a 3 day/2 night stay.

Not enough parking, no microwave in room and there aren’t full black out curtains on the windows and it was really bright in the mornings.

The bathroom is tiny and needed much updating and cleaning. The tub faucet ran 24/7 and we were there 4 days listing to it dripping and making noise all night. The TV didn't work they came 2 different times trying to repair and finally replaced the box and got it working. we told them at 4 pm and was 10:00 pm before it was fixed. The repair man was very nice and friendly. The line at breakfast was ridicules they need two lines or some different set up. we only went down for breakfast 1 of the 4 days. It was not worth the 15-20 min. wait in line.

Manager is definitely doing a Great job with an older building. Could use some updating. You can see she is clearly trying, example: mum flowers in front and making sure the hotel is clean. Taking interest how the employees are doing.

When checking in between 9-10 PM the man behind the counter came across rude. Husband was giving him our information. He Rudely said “are you checking in or out? He was interrupting the whole time, answering phone, telling others what to do! Later husband called to ask about phone PLUGS. Same guy, did not bother to tell us they had wall adapters for sale on lobby. Outlet plug in only. On the elevator there were two others saying how rude he was. He needs training for client service and making stay pleasant and happy, not start off on wrong foot.
