I liked the cleanliness, the room facilities: everything worked just fine. For housekeeping, at my arrival, they said that I needed to ask the reception if I wanted my room to be cleaned.

When checking out, I ran out of the local currency and asked if they could lend me 10 OMR, less than €30 to pay the taxi, which I would pay back by card, of course. They said they couldn't do that. I had to go to the exchange office, under the Salalah blasing sun, but luckily not far away. I exhanged just enough for the taxi fare. I had a lunch bill which I wanted to pay by card. Their machine wouldn't allow me to do that. It indicated communication failure, clearly not a problem with the card. The recepcionist insisted that it works fine. I went to the mall and used it just fine 20 minutes later!

This hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. Parking is very convenient, with spaces available right in front of the building. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English, and communicated well both via Booking.com and in person. The hotel itself is very elegant, spotless, and offers a high standard of comfort. We also really appreciated the late check-out service, which was super helpful as it was our last day in Oman and our flight was in the afternoon.

The only downside for us was the breakfast - it wasn’t quite to our taste, and only instant coffee was available. However, the staff serving breakfast was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this excellent hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment. Located in the heart of the city, it was very easy to access all major attractions and places of interest. The housekeeping and room service were outstanding, consistently attentive and efficient. The receptionist was very helpfull and attentive. The food from the hotel's restaurant was simply amazing; the chef prepared incredibly tasty and delicious dishes. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

- Centrally located - Near to some of the main attractions - Not far from the airport. Thus, easy commute - One can reach Wadi Derbat in about 30 minutes in off-season - Easy access to Haffa Souq; Museum of Frankincense and Baleed Archaeological Museum

- WiFi was good but only when you're in the reception or restaurant. I was on 6th Floor and the network did not even reach me. This was already informed to the staff

The manager Mr Gibran was really an amazing person.Since the driver was on leave he came to pick us and had to wait for 2 hours at the airport and then in the traffic for 2 house and never complained or told he was the manager.He dropped us too.Rest of the all the staff were also very helpful.Morning breakfast was very Hgood.

A budgeted three-star hotel in the very center of the city and at the back of the main bazaar( market) Where you will find food restaurants, cafes, ATMs, and all kinds of necessities of life, with the Sultan Qaboos Mosque on one side and the beach on the other, about a ten-minute drive away. We took the room on the 6th floor which was spacious, clean and airy room with a beautiful view of the mosque from the window, the room had a king size bed with a sofa and a table as well as bottled water and coffee and tea making facilities. Yes, it was a cozy and comfortable room with a big size bathroom. when it comes to breakfast you will find a good variety of Indian food. If we talk about the behavior of the staff, from the front office to the room cleaning, all the staff were professional and well behaved. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salalah.

Nothing for Dislike

1) The location of the hotel is ideal to travel East, West and North. 2) The staff at the reception Mr. Vineeth & team and the restaurant staff Mr. Shaheen and team were very co-operative and demonstrated excellent hospitality 3) The housekeeping team were very prompt and kept the room neat and hygienic 4) The buffet breakfast was amazing and the restaurant menu catered for lunch and dinner with variety of options. Overall, me and my family enjoyed our stay in the hotel . Thanks a lot to the entire team. It felt so cosy and safe just like another home

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted a central hotel that would serve my travel group. The place exceeded my expectations. The rooms are huge, very clean, with everything I need inside. The breakfast was very good but, best of all, the people who work at the hotel, from the receptionist, to the manager, to the breakfast people, to those who clean, are all above average friendly and available. Very good. I will return in November

I liked everything.

Location is very good, near main city, very close to Sultan Al Qaboos Mosque. Nearby many restaurants, currency money exchange centres available and good market to buy stuff. Standard Room was decent big for 2 people. Clean room, clean toilet/bathroom. Staff were good. Breakfast different everyday, good though not much varieties, Indian Idli, Bread/Paratha, Croissants, Bread, Fruits, Arabic Vegetables, Chicken Strips.

There is a bus station near the hotel if you are taking a bus from/to the airport like me. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially, they help me with my transport in Salalah. Wifi and hot water work well. Breakfast is quite tasty. There are a lot of eateries nearby. The hotel is quite clean.
