Very nice hotel with good pool, sauna and steambath that hotel guests can use for free. We also loved that breakfast was served until 11.30 in the weekend and checkout was only at noon. Friendly staff and value for money!

The location is not perfect, but at walking distance (even with young kids) from public transport to the city center.

Booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay, to experience the Christmas market in Antwerp. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was above expectations - good spread of hot and cold food, and was quite delicious (normally in European hotels, the buffet breakfast is anything but impressive). The swimming pool was great too - bigger than expected, clean and our 4 year old loved it. We were also allowed late-check out as late as 14:00 hrs, as part of my benefit of being part of IHG's loyalty club member.

My parents did not like their room as it was too close to some air-ventilation / air-conditioning exhaust for the building with the humming sound affecting my mom, so they were switched to the other side of the building. That was fine, but the alternative room given was a smaller / downgrade of the originally booked room. Seeing that the hotel was completely full, I did not make a fuss about it.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds, pleasant bathroom facilities, nice restaurant with good variety of food & drinks. Enough space for parking, public bus stop just across the street. Great pool & sauna area, stunning view to the city center.

We booked 2 rooms - 1 was with paid breakfast & 1 (for some reasons missed it while booking) with unpaid breakfast. At reception desk while check in we were told that both reservations have paid breakfasts, so the mistake was not recognized. Next morning we went to the restaurant & set the table with some food, when restaurant manager came with strong request to pay the breakfast immediately - although we informed that we can do it asap after we finish eating, she continued staying at our table with the check... Quite unpleasant start of the day...

The pool and spa area was amazing as was the comfort of the beds and quietness of the rooms. Their restaurant also had amazing food and worth a visit and decent speed Wi-Fi.

The room was very dusty not due to housekeeping they were great it was the air-conditioning that was causing the dust. In just a few hours layer's of dust built up on everything in the room. Surfaces looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months but we wiped it down in the evening and in the morning it was coated. One of the 3 lifts were OOO which made for a several minute delay waiting for lifts.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The customer service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facilities were great—the gym, indoor pool, and bar were just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast was a real treat, with lots of delicious options. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the city center and Brussels. A special thank you to Marita and Juliana for organizing a surprise birthday event for my wife. The cake was amazing, and it made the day truly special. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Very friendly and super helpful reception guys. Ali was our immediate contact and he was outstanding. Excellent facilities and easy access to pool and sauna Superb breakfast and the time frame it is served. We arrived from UK few hours earlier and Ali happily checked us in

€20/day extra for parking is little extreme It could be waived for the hotel guests, especially there are many many spaces available. Assume guests just park on the street instead, not very convenient though That is the only negative about this place.

Its one of the best hotels in the area for location and comfort. Always a clean room and the restaurant is great too. This hotel has the best swimming pool in all of the hotels I stay in in Antwerp.

Theres really nothing to dislike. MAybe the only thing I could complain about is that when ordering a doouble room you get 2 beds pushed together and its not too comfy but its a rare occurence.........this time I have 2 double beds that are not 2 singles...spoilt for choice now ha ha

Loved the breakfast until 11.30 - gave so much comfort. Super friendly staff advising us to park across the street for free instead of paying 17 euro per night at the hotel. Great sauna and steam bath!

There were no bathrobes in the room and to get one deposit needed to be put down. Main door closed after 10pm and needed to ring bell to get in, unnecessary obstacle but probably good for security.

Loved everything about this hotel from the moment we arrived. Staff were professional, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Requested rooms to be near to each other and was able to complete this request. Beds comfy, rooms clean and tidy and food delicious. We ate both evening meal and breakfast. Fabulous hotel and only regret was that we were only there for 1 night.

Liked everything - nothing to complain or find fault with. Perhaps if I was being really picky maybe furniture could be updated a little but honestly struggling to think of anything else

Free parking place across the street .Plenty of them. Nice swimming pool. Clean. Staff was nice. The restaurant staff,excellent. I got a good deal on Bookings, 100 euro per night without breakfast and 118 euro for me and my son. Good smart TV in the room. Good tea and coffee facilities. Nice water tap also on the hallway where you can fill up your bottle with sparkling or still water.

Bathroom was clean but i didn't like that it had a bath tub and it was sliding. The room itself was clean but somehow basic.I expected a better looking room at such hotel,however was a good value for the money.
