Hotel Raffl is situated on the outer ring of Bolzano. Perfect location if you are traveling through Italy. The hotel is facing some beautiful mountains. The Hotel itself is small but very accommodating. It had a restaurant, where you can order from the daily menu. I would like to highlight and show my appreciation to the kitchen staff, who were able to accommodate a gluten and lactose intolerant person!! Big thank you!! The staff speaks Italian, German and English and was very helpful with everything regarding our stay.

The rooms are very stylish, but sometimes a bit unpractical. The bed is in the middle of the room, there were no nightstands to put our charging phones on or an extra chair… also the shower cabin is made out of beautiful glass but it’s not ‘sunk’ into the floor, it’s on the same level, which makes the water run out to the sink and toilet area, which is situated also in the center of the room. As I said it’s beautiful and stylish but a bit unpractical.

The hotel is new and looks excellent. Breakfast was basic but plentiful, and the staff was very nice. We loved the size of the room, the comfy bed and the large bedroom. Despite the weather, we really appreciated the hotel's garden. We also really loved exploring the city of Bolzano with the complimentary city card that the hotel gave us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Breakfast is only until 9.30 every day, including the weekend, which is pretty early if you are on vacation. No gym, sauna, massage or pool offering. Would be nice to have some option to relax after a full day of hiking...

Very clean and comfortable room with a delicious breakfast down in the restaurant. Amazing view from our Family suite to the apple ,grape farms and to the mountains.. pertrol station just opposite the Hotel. The Hotel located in a very nice area and its only few minutes driving to the city center .

We liked everything about our stay at Rattl, in particular the staff. Our room was very comfortable and always kept clean, the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and professional, it was so good that we decided to try the restaurant for dinner, we were not disappointed. Menu changed every night and the food was delicious The reception staff were extremely helpful, also very friendly and caring. The Bolzano Card was an added bonus, we were able to explore the whole, beautiful area with ease. We will definitely return to Bolzano and will stay at hotel raffl, will be highly recommending this place to our friends. Thank you to all at Raffl, we loved our 5 days with you.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. Everything about this hotel was top class!

This is a great place to chill out and relax, it was towards the end of our 4 week trip and we weren't look to do any touristy stuff and this place was perfect with a lovely outdoors area where we could sit, have a couple of drinks and relax. We upgraded from their Economy double which was quite small to a better larger room and it was well worth the extra money. The onsite restaurant did a great fixed price 3 course meal - it was everything we needed. If you are looking to be walking distance to town and just walk and explore the area this is not really the spot to stay. However they gave us free bus tickets we could have used as well.

Amazing views, great location, beautiful property. Has a terrace pool which we didn't know about until it was closed for the night so bummer! Breakfast had a good selection, staff is nice. Plenty of decent parking and location is good, a little away from the main center but they give you free bus tickets which we didn't use but it's a nice perk. Also included were museum tickets which we used to see the Ice Man, great thing to do one afternoon.

The shower was made out of glass and the bathroom had NO DOOR. For a family suite, that was a problem. We had to stay on one side whenever a person showered. I am not sure why there was no door (forget about a locking door, just not door!) Also, for a little town hotel - the prices were quite high. We paid almost 400USD for a smallish suite.

Bed linens and bath towels were of exceptional quality. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The desk clerk was especially kind and helpful. He brought fans to our rooms.

The property could be air conditioned but there are not individual room controls. I would estimate temperature never below 75. The clerk brought fans to our rooms which helped. Around 2 am, I could open the door to the balcony as traffic noise was minimal by that time.

Location very close to bus stop.

When I told them if it's possible to keep the luggage in a luggage deposit they told us that they can keep it for only a couple of hours not for long. Thus we opted to leave luggage at train station as receptionist suggested. But on the whole the receptionist was very helpful. And all the other staff.

Awesome breakfast with local products. Great dinners. Clean room. Great temperature in the room - floor ventilation, awesome if you return after a day riding a motorbike. Staff! I can't stress this one enough. Really helpful and friendly and generally pleasant to talk to. Most of the staff are speaking italian/german/english. Flexible check-in/check-out hours - For example: I paid all of my bills last evening and checked out at 4am, just leaving a keycard in the room.

It would be nice to have more warm food choices for breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food. The pets are allowed in the restaurant area, which was a huge plus for us. The location is quite and nice. Good view.

The room was showing it’s age, although it might have something to do that we were staying with the dog (probably updated rooms are reserved for people without pets). Overall a very positive experience.
