The cabins ,the grounds, were extremely clean. Very well maintained park . Very quiet park .. We stayed in a small cabin, it was enough for our needs . There are plenty of cooking facilities inside the cabin , plates , wine glasses, and utensils. Full-size fridge , TV , air conditioner There was plenty clean , modern bedding for all beds and plenty towels. Full size Toiletries were available, too Kids entertainment were great, water fountain pool for the little ones, a bigger pool for older kids. The staff were very helpful,friendly, and accommodating . The park is a 20 min walk from town,pier, water , cafes, pub, to the ferry to Raymond Island. Tucked away from the street noise . I highly recommend the stay .

A friend and I stayed for one night after visiting a local friend. I booked as the Holiday Park looked like the most reasonable option online. We had a villa unit that had separate bedrooms. The unit had many facilities including a well equiped kitchen, dinner table, TV, sofa style seats, shower and toilet. The unit was very clean. The proprietors were very helpful when we arrived late and guided us to our unit. I would be very happy to book the Paynesville Holiday Park again.

Everything OK.

What a gem of a location. Walking distance to shops and walking track. They had a pool and games room for children to use. The cabin we stayed in was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded us (at no request of ours) to a larger cabin just because it was free. They were terrific. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lovely, quiet getaway.

Can’t fault anything.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. It was cold but when i arrived they had the heater on in my cabin for me and also my electric blanket. I needed to stay longer than originally planned/booked and it wasn’t an issue the staff sorted it for me with hesitation and with kindness. Check out was super easy too just dropped my key in the box. Villa/cabin had all you need and was very clean. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks Paynesville Holiday Park for an amazing time away.

Breakfast not included but the location is fantastic, easy walk to town centre but situated in a nice quiet area.

Bunk beds very small and hard to make and the shower having a curtain instead of a door plus quite hard to get in and out as base very deep; not good for elderly or disable people. Had a lot of trouble opening and closing front door; the lock kept turning and had to try and keep it still to be able to open it, very frustrating.

The price was excellent. The layout and outlook was great. Quiet and very peaceful at night. The shower was good and the kitchen had all basic needs. Outdoor deck had a nice outlook and we had a very comfortable stay.

Slightly further out of town than we thought. Still a reasonably easy walk but just further than it appeared. Bedding was a little heavy for the warm night we had.

The cabin was very spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in for a hotel/motel bed. The lady who assisted my check in (apologies, i have forgotten her name) was super lovely and accommodating. The weather was freezing on the day of my arrival and she had already turned the heater on in my room.

It was so refreshing to arrive at Paynesville Holiday Park and feel as if you were actually driving into what the 'brochure / website' presented. No false advertising, what you saw in the advertisements is what you got ! It is commendable upon the management /staff who set an example of some old fashioned values and service reflected in both the presentation and upkeep of this immaculate Holiday Park. The special little added touches do not go unnoticed.

Very pleasantly surprised, had not been to Paynesville for a very long time. Park was a great place to relax, all amenities very welcoming and clean. Cabin had everything that was needed for a short getaway. It was quiet most of the time, all very pleasant guests which were lovely to chat to.

Nothing at all

A perfect hidden gem, I loved this place! Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, calm and the beautiful Raymond island easily reachable on foot + ferry. Supermarket is near too, as well as some restaurants. I wished I could have stayed longer! Thank you for the nice stay!
