Nicely furnished room with friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was probably had the most selection I’ve ever had at a B&B. Host attention to detail here was well over expectations. Helped us arrange transport to the airport and was overall a fantastic experience for our last two days in Italy

I personally prefer the toilet/bathroom to be directly attached to the room. It was private bathroom but was not connected. I think this is common in Italy but not so in the US so just do your research if that is your expectation. For us it was not a problem and the accommodation, and friendliness of the host were great

The place is just lovely! Katia is great! Everything is clean and well maintained. It is evident that Katia, the owner of the apartment, maintains the place with a loving hand and with good taste. The breakfast was elaborate, varied and delicious. Katya's patience and immediate response to our every question and request are highly appreciated. The location in the Mestre neighborhood is excellent, not far from the house there is a tram that reaches Venice in about 20 minutes. We preferred not to sleep in Venice because of the crowding and noise, and indeed, mastre turned out to be a pleasant and beautiful neighborhood, with a great square to walk in after recovering from Venice. We would love to come back!

It should be noted that this is a b&b, so the toilet room was not inside the room itself, but in a separate room, although there was a shower in the room. The dining room (and kitchenette) were also in a general place. But when we were there, there were no other families, so we got to enjoy the whole apartment alone. We are an older couple, but the place we were in is especially suitable for a family with children (3 bedrooms). In the same building, Katia has another apartment where guests can stay. We would love to come back!

Everything about this B&B was exceptionally good. The owner is very hospitable and pays a lot of attention to detail. The breakfasts are prepared with utmost dedication. All the decorations and furnishings are very stylish. We were not expecting anything on such high level for this price. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Parking space and entrance are pretty tight, so it might be difficult to maneuver with a larger vehicle.

Although the geographical location is not in the city center, it is very convenient. The bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. It is very convenient to go to Venice or the station. There are wonderful dessert shops and pizza shops around. the home service is so helpful, I suddenly caught a cold, the household gave me aspirin and helped us carry my luggage. The best thing is breakfast, a wonderful classic Italian breakfast, highly recommended.

The location is excellent, close to all key amenities, and the apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place in every aspect!

Lovely stay. Not to mention a very well designed and functional space, Katia helped a lots on our last minute accommodation and extraordinary breakfast, as well the clear instructions that we can find the space in late night. She’s so thoughtful that the old house might have some inevitable noise so it’s polite to be gently enter in late night. 🤍

Katia is the most amazing host I have ever met. She is something between a master chef and a super host. Extremely kind and hospitable. The breakfast was at the level of a 5 star restaurant, specially arranged and decorated for us. The rooms are very spacious and perfectly clean down to the smallest detail. Very very comfortable beds. Perfect location, 3-minute walk from the bus and tram stop. Thank you, Katia 🥰 I strongly recommend :)

The apartment is simply amazing! Katya is a fantastic host. Our parents were absolutely delighted with their stay, the incredible breakfast, and the outstanding service. Katya prepares breakfast herself, the room has cozy bathrobes, and everything smells wonderful. It truly feels like home—if not even better!

Almost everything!!! The host Katia is the most kind and welcoming host The rooms are well designed and very comfortable, the breakfast is very beautiful generous and tasty. The location is perfect.

The only thing was missing is a small lobby/ terrace/ lounge to manage, we arrived earlier to check in time , and we found ourselves gathering in the stairwell. The toilets are separated from the room.

The very beautiful and friendly hostess has been of great help to us, printing boarding passes, providing travel and transportation advice, etc., making us feel warm when we are in a foreign country! The room is very clean, tidy, and has a French design feel. Breakfast is too rich and delicious... In short, we are very satisfied with everything! I hope there is another chance to stay at this beautiful hotel!
