Amazing hotel The sky lounge restaurant was very good Friendly and helpful staff Only stayed 1 night so didn't use all the facilities but great stay overall. We stayed in an Ondol room and it was very comfortable We had a huge room for ourselves Toilets and bathroom impeccable, Netflix and other services available on TV, room service available Easy access and parking

The A/C didn't seem to work. Not sure if it's our fault or the hotel's. Only stayed one night and it wasn't too hot so it was OK. We realised too late to get help from the staff. Would recommend regardless, especially at the price we paid!

The view was beautiful everywhere, restaurants inside the hotel, beach is 5min drive, staff is very friendly. The kid room is small but good ! Swimming pool pretty big and convenient with a kid pool.

The breakfast is pricy with a lot of choice, unfortunately I would have prefer less choice and better quality (a lot of frozen food). We went to the restaurant "Sky lounge" and the food was good except fries, we spent 22 000 wons for frozen french fries... it's not that hard to make homemade french fries and for this price I think it's a must ;) Also kids room opening only at 10am... kids usually wake up early so 8am at least would be great. And to finish, we were told my son (48 months - 4 yo) couldn't come with me to the swimming pool's women lockers room and my husband wasn't planning to come with us... 4yo is way too young to go to the men's lockers room by his own, we didn't understand this rule ??

The location of the hotel is excellent and has a wonderful view from the top of the cliff overlooking the sea. All of the facilities are excellent. We didn't have time to use the pool or spa facilities, but overall it was clear that it is a very highly equipped hotel. I think it is a very good choice for couples or families with children. We travelled by car and the hotel was easy to find. There is a large car park outside and undeground parking if you want to keep your car out of the sun or rain. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the train station if you come by train. The first impression of the hotel is very good, the lobby area is huge and very bright. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. We had a great room with an amazing view. Everything was very comfortable. There is a convenience store in the floor below the main lobby if you need to buy anything. The breakfast was maybe a little more expensive than I was expecting, but it was a buffet and there was a large choice of things to eat, both Korean and Western food and the service of the restaurant staff was efficient. The restaurant was also very spacious. I also really enjoyed walking around the gardens in the morning, they were very peaceful and very beautifully maintained.

There was nothing that was a problem, everything was great and easy to do.

The location and the hot springs bath were the best in the Top Ten Hotel. We selected this property specifically for the hot springs bath, and it met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was less than ten years old, yet, it was run down. We could have used more lights in the room. It was deemed and we had a trouble seeing things.

The lobby, restaurants, and spa were all clean and well maintained. The shuttle bus was nice, although it wasn't very frequent and stopped early.

The location was quite isolated. Our room smelled a little like stale smoke.

The television in the room was gigantic. Plenty of storage space in the room. Lots of parking space. Really nice views from the roof gardens and the roof top lounge.

The pool is not free as suggested on the page - it costs 20,000 won as guests to use the pool and the spa (non-guests have to pay 30,000 won to do so), and there was no option to just use the pool. There is no seperate path down to the beach road, so you have to walk in the road which is pitch black at night, if you want to travel down on foot. The pecan pie from the bakery is very dry.

Modern, less crowded, quiet place. Kind staff with good hospitality. Good view

No pedestrian pathway and need effort to work uphill. Best to drive to hotel at all times.

aqua park was good, my kids had fun at park

buffet restaurant's food choices were very poor because we cant eat seafood but there was a lot of seafood. And my son entered by 50000won but he could not anything eat ☹️ and we couldn't go out and buy food because it's on a high mountain where there's no other place to eat, so we bought noodles from the store. I really didn't like it

Location was excellent, good sea views and easy access from the expressway. Beds very comfortable. Very good value for the cost of the room.
