We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is absolutely beautiful —in a lovely, quiet area 5 min drive to the Park. The place itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Communication with the owner was good—quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish.

I found a bit awkward that we were asked for the payment straight away even before seeing the room. There was a kettle in the room but not complimentary coffee sachets or tea provided. There was a tea box with one tea bag. This would have been a nice touch which I had in the other seven properties I stayed in Croatia.

4 of us stayed here for 1 nights (2 rooms) for visiting Plitvice Lakes the next day. MATE was a very helpful host, he arranged our room on the same floor next to each other, gave us recommendations on restaurants and supermarkets. He also helped us with our luggages by carrying them from front desk and walked all the way up the stairs to the first floor outside our room. Everything was great, the room was big and clean with all the things we needed, with the balcony you can see many stars at night.

Room was spacious, clean, with private balcony and large bathroom. And beautiful. We stayed in the off season, Mate was very attentive, had great English, and was quick to respond to texts. We were close enough to Plitvice to just drive up early each morning and find a great parking spot and have most of the park to ourselves for a couple of hours. There were several restaurants close by with very good food to choose from, and a grocery store.

We received a warm welcome from our host who also helped us with information about Plitvici lakes. Our room was large and modern with a great bathroom and an outside deck area to enjoy our breakfast. The area was lovely and quiet, a nice place to come home to after a days walking. Easy drive to Plitvici lakes and walk or drive to some great restaurants. Supermarket also close by We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone wanting space and peace and quiet

We liked everything

Room was very spacious! Hosts were fabulous and friendly, very helpful with recommendations for the local area (activities/shops/restaurants). There’s a little walk or short drive to places to eat. These are essential as the room has only tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. Lots of parking space and the most idyllic surroundings! We stayed so we could explore Plitvice National Park and this was only a few miles away. We’d stay again for sure!

The bed was very firm, not to our liking but could suit others! Otherwise we were very happy!

Everything. The room is clean and cosy. The beds are comfortable and the hosts are nice. Unfortunately, we arrived at the Villa late in the evening and didn't have the chance to use the pool. We wanted to stay one more night, but the property was sold out. The host offered us the possibility to use the pool the next day if we were to find another room in the village. It is a very nice location to stay and it's quite near the Plitvice Jezera that you can reach by car in 20 minutes.

I liked everything. The pictures truly show what you get. Amazing accommodation, highly recommend. The room had everything you needed, really high spec with a lovely view to the pool. Our host Mate was exceptional, really friendly and helpful. He recommended a restaurant which was an amazing surprise: Degenija Restaurant.

Room and bed were nice and it was super quiet. Owner was very friendly and efficient with check in Lots of parking. Location was good as we had a car.

Pillows were too large and bulky for me. I used a small decorative pillow. I was disappointed that the pool was too cold to use, too many rainy days. It must not be heated.

This is a great place to stay for the Plitvice lakes. Mateo is a very nice host who makes you feel very welcome and gave us some good restaurant recommendations close to the villa. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Plitvice lakes are so stunning and a must visit whenever you visit Croatia!

Matje is the best host i have ever had. I didn't want to leave. He made our short stay unforgettable. Thank you for your generosity and kindness Matje. I hope we can visit you again.

The service was 5 stars and the accommodations were excellent with lots of amenities.
