Review is for Room 4. Richie on front desk was fantastic. Recommended best place for us to unhitch and park our boat. Recommended a place to eat too. Check in was easy. Parking in front of room was perfect. There were at least 8 - 10 guests checking in just after we arrived. It was busy.

Please could the caretaker take a look at the star pickets where we parked the boat alongside the wall near the gazebo. I caught my left leg on the bent star picket and it grazed my thigh. Luckily I had jeans on. My husband also caught his pocket on his shorts on the same picket. At Bunnings you can get yellow star picket caps that go on top to make them safer and also more visible. I would highly recommend using these. Just a suggestion.

A comfortable room with good Shower, Bed and Pillows. Net curtains, so able to keep the main curtains open, opening windows. Microwave, basic cutlery. Staff asked each day if we needed fresh towels etc. An Easter chocolate on the bonnet of the car, on Easter Sunday. Thank You. The Motel is close to the CBD, in a quiet area. Nice grounds. Lovely Staff.

A small bread board board would be useful, and a small sharp knife. A shelf under the Vanity for Toiletry bags.

From the first greeting at the front desk I knew I would give a good review. It was a last minute booking on our way home from Queensland and I literally booked about 40 minutes before arriving. The room was ready and warm when we arrived and the location was excellent (just off the highway we were travelling on). The option of being able to fit all 5 of us in a room together without a ridiculous price was fantastic. Beds were comfy and just what we needed after a big day in the car.

Nothing, I was happy with everything for the purpose we were there for.

Manager very nice, room cosy. Stayed here before and will do so again. V happy

Bathtub hadn't been cleaned. There were hairs in it and old shampoo on the side, That's OK, it was missed so I cleaned it. Everything else was spotless. Had the room next to office and heard some noise from upstairs but wasn't bad. So maybe room 20 isn't ideal. When other cars came in late, noise woke me up, but thats how it is at a motel where the cars park out the front. At least its is very easy to unload/load the car. Still an overall excellent experience.

A compact unit which was clean, had a comfortable bed and good kitchenette facilities. The bathroom had been refurbished and the shower was very good. Needed the car to get into town but have stayed here previously and was happy to take the short drive. Very good value for money and would stay at Willows again when travelling through Goulburn. The room service breakfast was also good value .

The only thing which detracted was a minor issue-the main ceiling light fitting needed to have insects cleaned out of it. The Managers Dan and Jacquie are very friendly and obliging and quickly responded to our request to replace a light globe in a bedside lamp.

Loved the warm welcome, efficient staff. Parking good, and it had everything we needed. Excellent bed too, and good bathroom and simple kitchenette. Strong shower with loads of hot water. The WiFi was good and strong too.

The toilet seat kept falling down and my bloke was nearly cut off in his prime!! :-) The sound proofness was not all that good so we heard a lot of banging and thumping from the neighbours who were simply moving about. The carpet is probably in need of replacement.

Room was comfortable clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The room had a nice comfortable feel to it. The tea coffee were in a cupboard and took a moment to find. Would have loved a bit more milk but I guess that's on me. I could have asked for more but I didn't so no blame to the management. The gardens were nicely cared for. I travel quite a bit and stay in places from South Australia to Victoria NSW and Queensland and this place was as good as any I stay at and was more than comfortable

Management was a bit short when I accidently locked myself out of the room by closing an auto lock door but she opened it for me. Also seemed somewhat annoyed when I asked if I could buy a fork that was in my room. HOWEVER She said I could take it with no fee for which I am very grateful. It is now my favorite fork to eat with so not sure if this comment really belongs as a NEGATIVE comment but its the absolute worst I can think of to say and if there really was ANYTHING to complain about Id have put that instead

after clearly requesting a late checkout by emailing. also calling and speaking with the helpful owner and then when I arrived I told the checkin staff that I had requested a late checkout as I knew I would not get to sleep till very late (3am) and was told that he would notify the cleaners to leave my room till last. after all that I was woken by cleaning staff banging in the door and then trying to open the door at 10am. guess the message didn’t get through .. anyway it was a great place to stay ..

Location. Shower. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Quiet place.

Air conditioning poorly located thus inefficient during cold day. One lamp in the bathroom was not working. Bed cover had dirty spots. At $155 one would expect at least a liquid hand soap. The room originally allocated to us smelled of cigarette smoke. Fortunately we were given a different, larger room at an extra cost.

Loved the appeal as soon as I walked in the fitted bed spread was great, got brand so can get one myself. Monogrammed cushions great, large basin and sink so not splashing water everywhere. Toilet needs lid bolt tightened I couldn’t get it with fingers, but not a problem
