Spacious room, full kitchen, water always hot, nice bathroom, comfortable enough bed. Close to several places to eat. Okay breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuit and gravy though gravy was weak. Waffle maker, fruits, cereal.

Outside looks modern, but inside is dated. After 2 quiet nights, the last night could hear the TV in the next room which no matter how low always keeps me awake. Full size refrigerator sounded like a plane taking off at times. Think it was an ice maker with no water input trying to work. For such a large room it had a smaller TV. Arrived at 10:30 room not ready. Understand since check-in advertised at 3PM. Came back at 12:30, still not ready. Came back at 3:30 and now there was a crowd waiting to check-in. They still had to send someone up to check if the rooms were done. Maybe short staffed. Don't park under the trees for shade because the birds will decorate your car.

I've stayed at Baymont by Wyndham and several cities. Roswell New Mexico is by far above and beyond all others. We are going to stay at a different hotel at one point but we went to Roswell to stay at the Baymont because it is absolute best. It is a hotel. I couldn't even tell the difference between our room and a room at the Marriott and a huge city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! And the staff was beyond anything I could ever have expected. The best discounts day I have ever been to, and I travel a bit.

Desk people were very friendly especially Julissa. We enjoyed conversing with her. She was helpful in providing a sheet of activities available in Roswell. Breakfast was very good too, they had a good variety of selections. The room was spacious and the amenities were awesome.

The back of the bathroom door had a fist area that was punched through the door. The vent in the restroom (in the ceiling) was askew. That tells me an angry person had that room sometimes before me and it wasn't fixed.

Great comfortable room. The sink was not draining well upon arrival, I fixed it and had no further issues. Room very nice, very large and comfortable all around. Only real downer was, pool and gym area was closed.

I had a plumbing issue in the room on arrival, which I fixed . Really I shouldn't have had to do that. Their maintenance was really not up to speed due to staffing problems, also the pool-gym were closed. But the rest was excellent.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Felt like I was sleeping in clouds. Handicapped room with lots of bars for assistance

The key cards wouldn't work to get into the building so you always had to go threw the front lobby doors. That's kind of hard when you asked for accesable entrances. All have stairs or go threw the lobby. There was the re.ander of someone's last stay on the floor around the toilet and the corner of the tub.

Very good breakfast! It was hot and very tasty. The variety was good. Everything was fresh and delicious!!

There was only 2 bath towles in the bathroom. I guess because we staied 2 nights they didnt check our room and we had to ask for some more tp.

All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, the price was really good, the hotel is located very conveniently close to all the Roswell attractions. I was even provided with a guide to local attractions and places to eat upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk were just printing our the packages, that was amazing especially when taking into consideration that it was my first time in Roswell :)

The only area of opportunity that I saw was the restroom door, it was really difficult to close, the gap between the door and the floor was non existent and there was a bad smell at the sink vanity when the water was running, I'm guessing old pipes. I spent most of my time out of the hotel so this wasn't a deal breaker for me, the friendliness of the staff made up for this!

The hotel was in close proximity to all the attractions in town as well as restaurants and gas stations. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All the workers were friendly except for the woman who did our check-in, she was extremely rude.

The pool was closed and we weren't notified of that until after we booked our room. The light above our mirror didn't work.

The locations was convenient. The room was clean and modern. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, serving breakfast potatoes and sausage along with the usual eggs and waffles fare. Staff was pleasant.

Basic facilities but they were very clean and comfortable. Bed was reasonable and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Easy to find and great access to the road.

Quite basic for the price paid but then it was only for night and not really a problem. Could be a little a noisy but again as only for one night it was not an issue.
