Amazing location! Perfect for an improvised stop in Zagreb. Apartment well soundproofed despite having the windows on the road. Slept beautifully and bed really comfortable.

I would suggest to check all the stuff in the room before accepting new guests. • light not working in the bathroom (no windows) • head of the shower defective (losing half of the water through the tube) • sign on the wall for the apartments barely glued with some improvised tape • went to take a glass of water, glass broken and dirty... • took the bigger bed option but I figured out they were just two smaller beds one close to each other with the result that I fell in the middle few times during the night. Small things that I am sure can be fixed with a little more attention to the details.. but still gave you high positive rating cause I loved the place despite these issues. I would still come back!

The location is amazing - 5 minutes to the old town. Apartment is cozy and new, that is very pleasant. Spacious bathroom, quite comfortable bed. A nice view to the main Street. Clean room. In general the apartments are very bright and have good value for money.

Cleanliness of the bathroom upon arrival. There was a bunch of hair in the toilet, no soap in a dispenser. On the day of departure, she entered our room at around 8.30am despite the Do Not Disturb sign, although check out time was at 10am.

The location is fantastic, right near the city centre and the value for money was excellent. One thing I really appreciated was the early check-in option (12:00) , as it made my arrival much more convenient. Additionaly, the ability to leave our belongings at the reception after the check-out was a nice touch.

When we entered the room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes, which was a bit unpleasant. I aleo noticed a weird smell in the bathroom.

Location was excellent. Very easy to get everywhere. The room was quite large and very comfortable.

The external presentation of the property was a bit off-putting and I was not prepared for two flights of very smokey stairs to climb to the entrance. Also, the lack of on-site staff. I was initially confused about how to check in. After finding the wifi info on the door, I found a message with my door number and key code. It would have been good for this to be known ahead of time.

Very central location , nice and clean, big shower area, good check in procedure.

Quite noisy due to poorly fitting windows , entranceway very poor with broken windows and lots of mess, TV has no reception, has kettle and cups but no coffee, tea etc

Well located, reasonably priced

Building smelled pretty strongly of cigarettes because people were smoking in the stairwell. No staff at reception at any point during my stay, which wasn't a problem per se, but could have been if I'd needed something.

Great location, spacious and clean room. Great value for money.

There are a few smudges on the walls - I guess that is why some people complain here. If it bothers you, better pay double and stay somewhere else :) Otherwise the room was perfectly clean.

We loved the ability to check in through WhatsApp and not have to talk to anyone. We loved how quiet the facility was and how close to the square we were.

The fact that the rooms had central heat that was uncontrolled by the facility.

It’s a nice little apartment/room. The bed slept well, the airconditioning worked well, the bathroom was nice. It had everything I needed

The only thing is that you have to walk up 2 stairs and when it’s hot you are sweaty when you are finally there, but that’s fine

Its close to city center... walkable distance The room was nice n clean the view was good as well Warm water n good heating in winter is important
