Friendly staff, clean room, great choice at breakfast, airport transfer booked worked perfectly, which all made for a great place to stay. We had a couple of early starts before the breakfast time, and the hotel offered us a breakfast box where we could choose from a good selection of items. We were not expecting that, which was great.

The hotel is perfectly situated, only 7 minutes walk to the market area. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was a little warm at night. We couldn't leave the air con on as it was noisy, so we had the window open. Everything else was great!

Looking for a parking space was exciting every day but we managed quite well. Centre and boulevard were close. Lots of nice restaurants and the shops keep getting better too. The hotel was quiet. Windows closed no noise from outside. Windows open at night no problem because mostly quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. We made breakfast ourselves there. Had lunches out. The pool was nice with lots of sun beds. Haven’t used it though. Bathroom was big enough for one person at a time. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful when necessary.

Small and friendly, staff were so nice, delicious breakfast especially scrambled eggs, lovely decor, quiet, very nice pool and lounging areas. Bus services just around the corner. Train station was also close by. The Hotel provided a parasol that you could take to the beach. That was a lovely idea.

There was only one chair in the bedroom.

Excellent overall and will stay again. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and professional, studio was comfy and well kitted out “home away from home”. Good pressure and hot water in shower, bed and linens very good. Hotel is on side street in convenient location ten minutes walk or less to ferry, old town, train station, with great food shop 2 minutes away. Telly in sitting room and bedroom which even had loads of English movie channels.

Wanted to stay longer! We cooked a few dinners in and asked for salt, pepper, etc for studio from staff. We brought our own tea & coffee. There are towels for pool and free umbrellas to borrow for the beach but you need your own beach towel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you to Iara,Leticia and Bruno! The studio apartment was good size with king bed and sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen. Windows opened up and there was also air conditioning. The street was quiet at night. The pool was great with clean water and sun shining between 9-17:00 into the leisure area.you could rent bikes to be dropped to hotel to cycle Rio Formosa National Park or the town itself. Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were always polite and went out of their way to help you. The hotel was excellently situated by the bus station and the railway saraion was also only 500 metres away. The hotel was very clean and your room was cleaned and towels changed every day . The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of choices for you to eat and plenty of it. Would definitely stay there again.😍

There were different time slots that you could choose for breakfast, and although you could change your time slot throughout the day, sometimes the scrambled egg in the Ban Marie was cold.

Lovely decor, comfy beds. Nice little balcony overlooking pool area. Nice quality toiletries. Friendly personnel. Good location for bus & train station.

Bathroom could do with better ventilation. Odd smell from air con unit too. Really didn't like drinks from the bar being served in plastic (coffees in paper cups), when had no intention of taking them outside....a coffee machine in the room (rather than a kettle) would be nice.

The room was spotless, and there were ample towels provided. The pool next to the breakfast room provided a nice ambiance. The breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was unrelated to the hotel: there was an electricity blackout in the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The light blue walls in the hotel and the interior decor were beautiful and the place made me feel cheerful.

The only food they can provide after 11 pm is Pringles chips. The pool was a bit dirty. The water was unclear, so I didn't swim very much.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice and loads of fresh fruit. My bedroom was very clean and very recently well refurbished. Plenty of clean fluffy towels and a decent fridge was provided.

The quilt on the bed was very heavy and warm even though it was very hot during my stay. Also, although a kettle and beakers were provided there was no tea or coffee to use and this wasn’t really made clear in the description of the room facilities.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Olhão, Portugal, for six days with my wife and son, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service from the incredible staff members Thais, Irilda, and Mariane. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay special and memorable. Our suite was absolutely lovely, boasting excellent facilities that catered to all our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights, and the high-pressure shower was invigorating. The suite also featured a cozy sofa, two TVs, a cooktop, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay even more convenient. Every morning, we looked forward to the amazing and tasteful breakfast that was provided. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making each meal a delightful experience. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean, which we greatly appreciated. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was evident and commendable. The location of the hotel in Olhão is perfect! It’s close to supermarkets, the ferry terminal, and offers free road parking, making it easy to explore the area. The convenience and accessibility added to the overall enjoyment of our holiday. In summary, our stay was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful staff, excellent facilities, and prime location. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Olhão, Portugal. We will definitely be back, and we are already recommending to our friends! Best place stayed ever! Thanks.
