We had a pretty cool view and the room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have access to ice or a fridge, so we ended up buying a bag of ice at the Kronan grocery store. All around, the room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. Staff was also very helpful, especially with the slightly different check-in process.

The staff immediately admitted that they know this is a problem, so I certainly don’t felt them. To stay at the Horn Hotel, you have to check into their main hotel just a minute away. But the name they tell you to look for is not actually written anywhere, so There was a lot of confusion as to where I actually had to check in. Once we got checked in, all was mostly smooth. They didn’t have enough parking, so I just parked at the grocery store around the corner, and the elevator is certainly unconventional. It’s very loud and rickety and you have to hold the button in the entire time you were going up. Not a major issue, just a surprise I wasn’t expecting.

Great room in a central location. Bathroom was good. Needed to open windows for ventilation - this was easy to do in mid summer. A short walk from check-in and breakfast - this was made clear through booking process and no problem. Breakfast was great.

Parked (for free) at the local supermarket as nothing available onsite.

Location was great! Beds were very comfortable! Staff were super friendly! The corner room at HOTEL HORN was huge and the bathroom had a tub with a view! VERY CUTE ROOM! The breakfast (located at the sister hotel - TORG) was also very good! The hotel was centrally located so everything is easily walkable! Highly recommended!

We had three rooms reserved and the internet did not reach two of the rooms (the deluxe corner room was fine). Fortunately, we had a portable wifi with our car rental and we were able to use that in our hotel room.

The room was spacious enough to host my family, and its arrangement was pleasant.

Having a kitchen is clearly beneficial as it allows us to prepare our own meals instead of relying on external sources. Having a personal microwave in the room would have been preferable.

Everything about Isafjordur Horn was wonderful. The room was large but still cozy, the beds were very comfortable and pictures on the wall were great!!! The room had a desk where it was great to set up a laptop, which was nice rather than always trying to do things on a cell phone. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The breakfast was delicious and many different offerings, we couldn't have been happier!

The only small downside was that we had to walk over to the main hotel for checkin, checkout and breakfast but it was a very short walk

The rooms are really generous, you have plenty space for all your stuff. Also you have a microwave and an water heater in your room. Especially the hot chocolate was very delicious. Also the breakfast was very good, there are so many different things to eat (eggs, pancakes, cereals, cake, etc.)

The breakfast was in a different building, so we had to walk for round about 200 meters through the snow, but it's not too far away :)

One of my favorite stays in Iceland! I think if you stay here upgrade to a room with a view - it is so worth it. The bathtub with a view was such a nice addition to the room and our room was huge. Our check in was at their sister property - we ended up eating in that property as well and the staff was super nice and the food was great. The location is central within walking distance to shops + restaurants + grocery store. Overall great stay!

This was a bright and modern hotel. The buffet breakfast included was exceptional and the staff happily answered all of our questions. Our hotel was centrally located and we could easily walk to all of our activities.

Our room was quite small for four people sharing and living out of suitcases, but we managed. we used the common living area on the second floor for socializing and relaxing.

Breakfast is great: variety and freshness is high quality. The view at breakfast is beautiful (you get to see the beautiful Isafjordur scenery through the big glass windows). The rooms are quiet and location of the hotel is excellent in the midst of the town. Staff is very warm, professional and friendly.

The building is a bit rundown - from door to common areas. It's clean but there is some staleness/stuffiness to it and the rooms when we entered. Nothing that opening up the window wouldn't fix but not quite the clean feel the photos would seem to indicate. Parking isn't particularly easy around the hotel but it's not too bad. Getting luggages through the older/narrower doors and up the small elevator isn't particularly enjoyable.
