The hotel is super clean, spacious and comfortable, and their services and staff are amazingly kind and professional. I highly recommend it, as it has a very good price for the services it offers and besides, it's super close to the bus station that takes you to the center of Madrid. Keep in mind that it's a green bus, and you'll need to pay 2 euro for the trip (the tourist cards only work for blue buses).

Close to airport. Very clean and tidy.

We had thought the hotel provided its own shuttle to and from the airport. This was not the case. Cost was 7.50 euro per person, I suggest mentioning that in the hotel description

Using card key to access elevator. Didn’t work smoothly. It would of been nice if the airport shuttle could of been arranged through the hotel.

Almost everything was good. The woman on the reception was kind, the room was great, clean and very comfortable, with little space for sitting and big excellent bed. The pillows were perfect! The hotel doesn't have it own transportation, but communication with shuttle bus was ok and it work correctly. The location is near to the airport. However, I give up from visiting of Madrid since the connection with the city centere was little bit complicated, and there is no good public conection with the bus lines or metro... Therefore, I don't recommend the location if you want to visit Madrit, except if you can afford taxi. Breakfast was very goog, including eggs, sousages, some ham, cheses, ceralies, fruits , some croasons or similar, coffee from machine, etc.

On the back side of the hotel there are some machines ( pumps or similar) making huge noise all time, which was expecally disturbing by night. I stayed only one night waiting my morning fly from Madrid Airport, and I was so tired so I felt in sleep somehow..But, for another night I would ask for changing a room or even hotel. Pay attention and ask for room on the front side of the hotel if you are sensitive for noise.

I liked the hotel also the staff were very friendly and polite. It was clean and tidy and the breakfast was really good.

There was nothing that I did not like but only one suggestion if they could get a small microwave and a mini fridge in the rooms this will make it much better as sometimes maybe guests will buy water as it can get very hot and it will be nice to keep it cold and likewise the microwave it will be nice if the guest happens to take food into their rooms it will be nice to get it heated as opposed to having cold food. It's just a suggestion that will make it a much better experience all round for the guests.

The location was great, only took 15 min. to get to the airport with their shuttle. Rooms were comfortable, staff was lovely & helpful. Breakfast was great too, lots of choices.

We stayed here for 2 nights. One issue was we had constant problems with the Wifi. It kept going off and on. It was really so frustrating! This was a major problem because we needed to get information about our flights, check in for flight changes, get boarding passes etc. The 2nd issue was the rate of the hotel. It was quite high for a rather simple hotel. I booked it because I know the Holiday Express name & because of its proximity to the Madrid airport. But I think it as expensive.

Excellent hotel to stay over a night or two waiting for delayed flight(s). We were lucky to check-in before schedule thanks to super friendly girl at reception. The rooms are spacious with large windows and lots of natural & artificial lighting, everything super clean and it seems like either they take good care or it’s been renovated recently (either way is fine by me though!)). Also despite the area around hotel, it felt super safe , quiet, and not too boring! Will come back if necessary as it’s became my favorite ‘transit’ hotel

As mentioned, the area around the hotel is a bit industrial with lots of empty spaces / cargo companies/ offices etc, also lots of garbage laying around, sadly..(((( Also quite scarce breakfast options (although it was included in the price!!) and not many veggie/vegan options.. I hoped there will be at least some scrambled eggs or omelet but there were only hard boiled eggs.

Breakfast was great, and an early breakfast option is also available.

The shuttle service was delayed by 45 minutes, which is quite disappointing considering that many people choose the hotel for this amenity. The hotel staff did not provide an immediate solution to this issue (such as arranging a taxi for everyone waiting). Instead, we were asked to be patient and wait. Fortunately, a refund for the service was possible after a request at the front desk. If this is a frequent issue, the hotel should consider replacing the shuttle service provider.

The staff was very kind, the furniture was very good and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with many options and the hotel was clean in really good conditions. We also had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and it was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the temperature was a little high (hot) for me. And that you need to use taxi service to come and go to the hotel because there is not any stations of the metro available near to the hotel.

When we arrived there were two people registering new arrivals at 23:30. It was fast which was appreciated at that time of night. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and there was a small desk with comfortable chair. There was seating in the waiting and breakfast areas to wait for the shuttle. It was very close to the airport! The shuttle to the airport was inexpensive. Staff behind the desk was efficient and friendly.

The coffee out of the machine was watery, there wasn't any breakfast for early departures (we were on the 7:00 shuttle) except for some white bread.
